Best bagels, period. Still a five star place, however the cream cheese has been changed. Since last Sunday 8-31-25 ,the scallion cream cheese has a slightly different taste, not the same and not as good as before . Please change back.

This morning I was going with my four year old to get a bagel when she suddenly didn’t feel well in the parking lot. Without even knowing o was planning to go there the staff ran out to help me. They gave me a bagel and a water for my daughter. Despite my multiple attempts to pay they wouldn’t take my money. Thank you for being so kind to my daughter and I and I cannot wait to come back for a bagel another time.

The Workers there , well # 1 one young. Or either not experienced no supervision !! They’re on their phone and they only help one customer at a time for example I’m waiting to be helped and this is young boy toasting a bagel & watching it, Well it is toasting’ He could haves helped 3 other customers !! waiting and watching it while he’s on his phone as opposed to asking, who’s next can I help who’s next?!! He’s texting and watching the the bagel being toasted,!! I can’t believe what I saw. I keep repeating myself that’s how amazed I am !! !! The place is packed !!who’s next would have been nice !! They cannot multitask !! He waited for the bagel to be toasted, & butted instead of helping, other customers !!! This module phenomenal, and the boss really don’t care where he should care. He should have an adult supervisor saying let’s move it and let’s get them in and out quickly!! people don’t like waiting. It was getting frustrating. I’m a business owner. I sold my business five years ago with the profit if my customers have awaiting that long and frustrated that first would’ve been fine immediately.!! where I come from the customer is always right. You don’t have a Sunday morning filled to 15/ 20!people. & waiting outside. He’s sitting there looking at the toaster. Where is the common sense. He’s not trained , he needs to be trained or you need me !! on the floor or manage a supervisor with common sense!! You supervisor over the age of 40 !! Not that was my business !! Every running like a tight ship everybody be happy in an all kind and sweet and most of them have a face on and an attitude like they don’t wanna be there !!! it may runs itself, , but not for long. I saw to many customers complaining that day !!! Did you know I regret going there? My husband goes I can’t go !! because the kids at the counter are rude , not experienced !! I know they don’t stay long. You must change employees as one changes their underwear !!’I liked it a few years back!! Before Covid! Are there new owners. ? I’m not quite sure when it changed, !! it was wonderful. You had two women mature women over the age of 40 they knew what they were doing. They had common sense. They used their head. They did the change of money exchange without a register. (I know you had to register) beside the fact, they were sharp they were on the money !! on the ball !! !! you had the older mature woman running the front & and they were it’s a lot of pleasure. These kids have an attitude like as if you’re bothering them you feel like you’re bothering them .. and I want to say something to them, I’m afraid they’ll cry Home to mommy !!’ so I don’t go back. !! I have my husband go , ya he now goes somewhere else., I forget the name they probably the same amount as who knows otherwise the food is delicious. The food is good the bagels always fresh and hot. The customers don’t look happy, but the bagels so good , that the customers put up with their attitude, , I refuse to!!

However I need the authority.. , that’s how I get things done and that nice … when I had my own place my place loved me we had fun we worked we left. We took care of customer !! Time is money !! everybody’s happy my customers love me, word-of-mouth then best advertisement!! I was an Event planner decorator!! I”never wrote any letters or complaint ,yelp I just stopped going. Is what I do. these kids that are working your businesses is a disaster!!
there was another situation a disgruntled gentleman where the man’s evidently place an order weeks ago for an event It was a Sunday he came to Pick Up 100 bagels they didn’t have the order!! Not one of them knew what to do, I said may give advice get what’s in the back & in the case to the man! stop looking for the paperwork stop look you can’t find it he has a receipt just make it right start getting the bagels!! Omg

They have the best bagels in the area!! Big, soft and so tasty! The ladies behind the counter are old school and so very nice. They engage customers while doing their jobs. I can always expect a great bagel and a smile. They also just renovated the shop. It looks fantastic!! Oh, and the coffee is really good too! Sometimes the line is out the door. Doesn’t matter. I’ve waited longer for less.

Fantastic bagels. Many times, the bagels are still warm from the oven. Crispy crust and soft chewy inside. The flavor is top notch. Highly recommend.

We have been going to Yorktown bagel for years and they have the best bagels however there have been several times that our order has been messed up. Now with the new system it is even worse as are over paying if end up with wrong items…today we paid for a lox and cream cheese bagel but when we got home we saw that it was lox spread. Not one to normally complain but it is frustrating not receiving what you ordered and paid for.

Older women at the register have a serious attitude problem. It was my first time there coming from Philly and most likely last. I asked if I can have a few rainbow bagels only to get “not today”. I wasn’t aware that they only served them on the weekend. Felt very rushed picking bagels also, would’ve loved to get a few more things but I just wanted to leave. Shame because the bagels weren’t half bad. I would go out of my way to go to bagel boy.
