I ordered a large salami and American cheese with tomatoes and pickles. You could barely see the meat looking from the end of the sandwich. There were four pieces of salami in the LARGE SANDWICH. I called and spoke to the manager after reading the reviews with the same complaints; all with the same corp. apologies. Obviously nothing is being done,as they loose customers left and right.Do you think the sandwich makers are making the decisions or are they being aided by corporate or on site managers who have pressure put upon them to cut down on expenses aa the retail price for the food goes up.I’M DONE WITH THIS CO.AFTER GIVING THEM BUSINESS FOR 45 YEARS.I DIDN’T FEEL LIKE I ATE THE SANDWICH AFTER FINISHING BECAUSE THERE WAS NEXT TO NOTHING IN IT.THIS HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY GO TO PLACE ,BUT NO MORE. THIS HAS HAPPENED AT OTHER D’ANGELO S AS WELL.SHAME ON YOUR CO.FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR LIFE LINE,THEIR CUSTOMERS.YOU SCREWD WITH THE WRONG PEOPLE.I HOPE THIS IS READ BY ALL OF YOUR PAST CUSTOMERS,AS THEY WON”T BE FUTURE CUSTOMERS.NEVER,NEVER ,EVER AGAIN.

This is what you call a number nine this is a disgrace to the Angelo’s. I’ll never go to the one in Somerset. It’s ridiculous pathetic. Now I went to the one in Seekonk. I’ve been there twice cause it’s a little far away. That’s an old SCHOOL D’Angelo. That’s a real good one.!!!!!

If I’m going to pay extra for sausages. I would actually like to get what I paid for. I paid an additional 3.00$(6.00$) only for it to look like I didn’t. I don’t like to complain but this is the second time this happened.

Ignored order request for roasted peppers, watched on the app as the driver circled into the community before delivering my Luke warm food. Definitely don’t tip in advance.

As someone who works in a restaurant I do not appreciate being told I cannot place an order at 8:33 when closing time is 9:00 p.m. this is the second time in a week I was told I cannot place an order due to closing early

I must say this is the best D’Angelo’s in the area by far. These teenagers and young adults are so sweet, so professional, so kind, and actually care about the product. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is always smiling and in great spirits, and the food is ALWAYS RIGHT! It is so nice to walk in after a long day and be greeted with smiles. We switched to this one after the Fall River locations constantly let us down. Somerset D’Angelo’s is literally a breath of fresh air, and the comparison between Somerset and Fall River locations regarding experience is night and day. You should be very proud of your staff. They’re great kids!

My sandwich was soggy from waiting 15 minutes longer than expected only to go home with a burnt pizza as well. I called and they refunded me half of what I paid but it’s just the point. Too busy watching marvel movies on their phones.

Paid extra to pound it on my steak and cheese when I got home it looked like a normal steak and cheese. I’ve had pounded it a couple of times before and it was twice as much.

Got a LG Italian, and I was very disappointed. Haven’t ordered here in a while and the sandwich had probably a 3rd of what they used to put in it. Not ordering here to get mostly bread anymore.

Got a Vermonter sandwich, lot of bread and lettuce but just a sprinkle of chicken and two Small strips of bacon. Waste of money.
The seat on the table came off as I stood up.
