Today was my last day coming here. I paid over $10 for a hummus wrap. Got home to find yellow lettuce, feta cheese and a few pink tomatoes. NO HUMMUS. Disgusting. I threw it away

Unfortunately its gone downhill. I just ordered 3 bacon egg and cheese bagels. Pretty standard and easy to make. It was exactly like the other reviews have said, staff making sandwiches that could careless. They were crap, it was a 3.00 sandwich at best not 8. Been going here for a while but I’m going somewhere else.

Amazing place Amazing owner and staff. Amazing food …… The customer service here is above and beyond any bagel shop I’ve been too. The owner takes pride in this place and it shows. From the quality ingredients they use like boars head bacon to the fact that their ice cubes used in the ice coffee are actually made out of coffee(as to not water it down). I first came here a short while after they opened and I noticed the difference instantly.

As they have grown they keep updating the way they serve you to make your experience as pleasant as possible. I have seen them get busier and busier and I couldn’t be happier to see a family owned business that is run with pride grow and succeed. We need more small business owners like these people. Can’t say enough. Very happy I stumbled upon them. I only wish I lived closer so it could be my daily routine but i try to make it out as often as possible on the weekend because the drive is worth every cent for the great service you get.

As I like to say been there twice, my first and my last time. Bagels are under cooked first of all, almost just walked out when I saw them, but gave them a chance and they blew it. Asked for it to be scooped and no cheese on my sandwich, got home and it had cheese melted all over it and wasn’t scooped, not crazy difficult requests for a bagel sandwich but neither done. Never go back, there are enough bagel places around don’t need to stop there again, even if it was convenient at the time.

This place is dishonest about their pricing! Terrible! The menu behind the counter shows one price and then they charge you a higher price at the register. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a roll. The menu shows $6.99 l. Then at the register the girl charged me $8.70. When I said that this isn’t right she tried to tell me it’s because of sales tax. What a liar. I told her this is much higher than sales tax. Then she changed her story and said “oh it’s an old menu, we have to raise our prices because of the economy.” Another lie, because I went in there 2 years ago and the same prices were still displayed back then. Fix your menu and stop lying to customers!

The prices on their menu are not what they charge you at the counter. Ended up paying $30 for a bagel with cream cheese, egg and cheese on Kaiser, and a reuben. The egg and cheese sandwich had egg shell in it, the pastrami on the rueben was dry and seemed old. The bagels also seemed old and stale. It doesn’t seem like the girls behind the counter speak English, I asked to not have my bagel toasted. She responded with a simple yes and toasted it anyways. Stay far away from this place

I have stopped by the Bagel City Grille several times while I have been in the area for some job training and have always been satisfied. Today I went with a simple everything bagel with their lox spread, and their lox spread is some of the best I’ve had. A fruit smoothie complimented my bagel today.

Also, as a note, if you’re a fan of iced coffee they have coffee ice cubes for their ice cubes!

On top of that, it’s a friendly bunch that work here, and what’s better than starting off the day with a hello, a smile, and a bagel!!

Hope you enjoy!

If you’re on the hunt for the perfect bagel, look no further than Bagel city!!! This gem has quickly become my go-to spot for breakfast and brunch, and here’s why.
As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted by the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked bagels. The shop has a cozy, laid-back vibe with rustic decor and comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal or grabbing a quick bite to go.

Now, let’s talk about the star of the show—the bagels! They are nothing short of exceptional. Each bagel is boiled and baked to perfection, resulting in that ideal chewy texture and a golden-brown crust. The selection is impressive, with classic flavors like everything, sesame, and plain, alongside unique options like jalapeño cheddar and blueberry. My personal favorite is the everything bagel; it’s loaded with seeds and has just the right amount of seasoning.

Toppings and Spreads:
The spread selection is equally impressive. From rich, creamy cream cheeses (try the chive; it’s divine!) to vegan options and innovative flavors like sun-dried tomato, there’s something for everyone. They also offer a range of delicious toppings, from fresh veggies to smoked salmon, allowing for endless customization.

The staff at Bagel city is friendly and efficient. They’re always ready with recommendations and take the time to ensure your order is just right. The service is quick, making it an ideal spot for those on a tight schedule.

Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the generous portion sizes. You definitely get your money’s worth here!

Overall, Bagel city is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates a good bagel. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make sure to stop by for a delicious start to your day. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their offerings!

Highly recommended to everyone !!

This is hands down one of the best bagel shops I’ve ever been to! The bagels are perfectly baked—crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside—and the variety of flavors is incredible. Their cream cheese spreads are so fresh and flavorful, and they have great options for sandwiches too. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. Whether you’re a bagel connoisseur or just craving something delicious, this place is a must-visit!
