Ordered food for pick up spent $106 given 15-20 minutes pick up time then updated to 40-45 minute pick up time. Show up at specified time, ring bell for service wait then have to go back to kitchen to get someone’s attention. She tells me they are making my food to which I say they are just making it now and she says no they are bagging it. Waited another 15 minutes the food finally comes out. An older man reviews order and says it’s all there and I leave come home missing order of eggrolls, sweet and sour chicken is cold and drowning in sauce when it is normally sauce to dip crispy chicken in. There was no one else in the store when I was there one delivery person showed up as I was leaving. I called to tell them about my issues and no one answers the phone. Never again will I waste my money in this establishment. It used to be delicious hot and fast ! What happened ?

Upon arriving we had been greeted by no one for about 7 minutes. It wasn’t until a guest having dinner with his family called someone over to help us, that we finally got sat. The food was absolutely terrible. My boyfriend got chicken fried rice, and I got beef with broccoli. The beef was still pink and very chewy. It was like it was quickly boiled and thrown on the plate. The ONLY good thing was the pan fried dumplings. I told the young lady who was our server that the beef and broccoli was terrible, and I only ate one piece of beef before trying to send it back. I also added some garlic sauce to try and make it better but to no avail. She kept it on the bill and offered no compromise to fix it. I’m not sure who left these 5 star reviews or if they were even customers at all but my experience was horrible. For a $54 dollar meal this was the worst. I would’ve rather ordered takeout.

Excellent food, service, atmosphere and attention given to each order. We love dining here. So much room inside, great private space for parties, company functions. Having been visiting with friends and family for years. It’s a gem, our family’s favorite!

Ordered to pick up Mongolian beef at Concerto restaurant for a lunch – the dish came with pretty big salad and small container of soup. The dish itself had plenty of beef and rice. It was pretty tasty and definitely fulfilling. Order was ready in 15-20 minutes and for the price definitely worth it. Apparently it’s among 100 top Chinese restaurants in US .

I think this restaurant was once beautiful and full of life and now a little less so. The picture of its fish tank represents the experience – half empty with a few small fish.
To start, the door has a paper sign saying “we’re open” which is needed because the dirty windows across from Dairy Queen seem to say the opposite.
The food was fine. The wait staff seems untrained to deal with new situations.
I’m unsure if they have sushi, no sushi menu was offered to us despite there being a sushi bar when you walk in.
Despite being the only customers, the bathroom has toilet paper in only one stall.
Ordering out may be a better option and I suggest staying with the “typical” American-Asian options.

Went here on my birthday. Just mentioned it in passing to the waiter joking around. After the meal and getting leftovers boxed up, the owner/chef came out with a dessert with a candle in it and the birthday song playing over the sound system and also what he called eggroll sweets for everyone else at the table. Nobody at the table set it up so they did it on their own. Kevin, the waiter was also awesome. Will definitely go back. Food was outstanding.!!

I’ve gotten take-out from here in the pas and have enjoyed it, This is the first time we ate at the restaurant and I’m so glad we did. What a cute and unique little venue, more people should visit! The owner is so kind and knowledgeable. Presentation of the food is beautiful. It always surprises me that the parking lot isn’t full.

I have never written a review before. I was a frequent patron of Concerto Fusion when it first opened but stopped going when the food quality deteriorated after its first few years. I have now tried it again, having read positive reviews since its re-opening. In my experience, the food quality has not improved. Just had Duck Salad and the Shrimp Lemongrass Chef’s Special delivered. They were packed with the salad above the hot meal, so it was a hot, wilted salad by the time it got here. The ‘crispy duck’ was not at all crispy and mostly mushy duck fat. Most places at least pack the salad on the bottom… The shrimp was advertised as grilled but clearly was not. The dish was a soup of indecipherable shredded vegetables in a heavy bland sauce without even a hint of lemongrass flavor. I would not have written but I threw the entire $20 dinner away and felt that the restaurant lied about grilling the shrimp.

If you want a calm, clean atmosphere with phenomenally fresh cuisine, this should be your first choice. From the Korean BBQ Beef, to chicken and broccoli, to sushi its all fresh, tender, and full of flavor. It is beyond worth the price for the quality and care they provide. They have very professional, caring and kind service, ensuring you enjoy every moment there if dining in. We were very well taken care of and not a single request was denied, delayed or ignored. Was greeted with very friendly smiling faces, making you feel welcome and wanted, and is tride and true through the whole service. They also provide recommendations if you are unsure on order or want to try something new, very helpful for unsure customers who just want to try something new. The parking lot may be busy (due to neighboring businesses) but usually the restaurant has a table open.
