The people who work at a sandwich restaurant seemingly have a hard time with basic orders. “light” or “extra” do not exist even when paying extra. You’re better spending your money on bread and sandwich meat at the store.

I always like to go to Subway to eat. The food is really, really good, nutritious, and fresh. There was one bad experience we had when we were traveling out-of-state. This Subway was within a convenient store. First of all, the employee must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed. She was not pleasant and she acted as if she didn’t want to be there. When we placed our order, telling the young lady what we wanted she began fixing the sandwiches. I do believe that every employee should know what they have on hand in their establishment. As she was dressing the sandwiches, our telling her what we wanted, when we asked for tomatoes then she tells us that they don’t have any. I was shocked, I couldn’t believe they didn’t have any tomatoes. Why did she wait till we asked for them in order tell us at the last minute that she didn’t have any. I was through, frustrated, and I didn’t want to eat it. We left upset and unsatisfied with our order. We decided right then and there that we will never visit that Subway again. As we continued on our journey, we discussed going to another Subway to buy some tomatoes, so that’s what we did. At the other Subway, I told the employee that I have a strange question to ask her, so I asked if I could buy some tomatoes. I explained the problem we had at the other Subway in relation to the tomatoes. I don’t think anyone has ever asked such a strange question before, because she didn’t know how to answer me; so she went to ask the manager. The manager came from the back of the store with a puzzled look on her face. She probably was trying to figure out how to respond to my request. I explained the situation to her and told her that I would gladly pay whatever the cost was for them. She told me there was no charge, but if I wanted to give a donation, I could; then she asked me how many I wanted. She gave me six slices of tomatoes and I gladly put them on my sandwich. I appreciate what the employees at this Subway did to accommodate me.

The food was ok. The service was awful. Not sure if they were having a bad day, but the gal helping us didn’t talk, but you could tell she also affected the others working. No greetings, no smiles. We have been here numerous times and the other two have always been great. This short gal had really effected the service and atmosphere. The cashier was friendly.

Service was great. Went here to get my children some food. I wonder if I will always be obstructed. It was my mom Donna who went in. It was Angela Michelle Vaughan. I just hope one day I can tell my story. Can I add my photo. I added a second cause Brookshires in mabank and here and other places obstructs my photos. I just want to get on my feet. So I can take my kids out to eat more. Should have two photos. Now that would be the third I added. I am not hurting anyone. But oh well I hate phones.

please get better employees who aren’t high. both employees were rude and SLOW. it took one 20 minutes to finish two sandwiches while the other mean mugged me for walking in. the worker making the food gave me an attitude when we requesting a food item, both of them were not very host like and it was very uncomfortable to be there. another issue is that every time i come i order the exact same meal and it’s always different prices. two sandwiches for $36? $26? $31? stop overcharging me. please get better employees.

I go to this location every work day for a salad. It’s always super clean, they always get my order right (I ask for salads to be done a certain way) and the staff is just so great. Always smiling, always great moods. Never been to a better Subway with better staff or service.
