Napkins looked good, neatly folded, lo and behold, but when taken out of bag, greasy and little ripped on end on one)
No combo meal was ordered, per my instructions

Contrary to what most of the reviews say on google, this place is not bad.
Chicken was decent and mac and cheese is great here.
Manager is friendly and seems to really care about his restaurant and customers. He answered my questions enthusiastically and with a positive demeanor.
People just complain about minute details like some of the chicken skin coming off or a missing fork.
What do you expect, it’s a fast food restaurant after all.

Every time we order here they forget something in our bag. The side sauces, the gravy, the biscuits, they always forget something and I have to go back, they even forgot my drink. The staff has zero attention to detail and the management needs to fix this, it’s ridiculous. jollybee and Popeyes never forget anything. You need better training or to hire people that care about customers getting what they pay for. The worst KFC I have ever been to in my life.

Went to the drive-thru at about 8:30 p.m. and tried to order some food for that night’s dinner. The young man that took my order was harsh and I’m professional. He acted as though he was on a street corner trying to be tough. When I got to the window, I was greeted by a different young man with tattoos all over the arms but, he was professional at reciting my order. When I asked for an add-on meal, he made me park outside the establishments boundaries so he could bring it out to me when it was done. When I received my food the order was not correct. I inform him that the order was incorrect and so it had to be fixed but in all I spent 20 minutes out of drive-thru. And when I got my food home, the presentation was crude and distasteful. I guarantee not to go back there ever again during that time of the night with that particular crew. Totally disgusted.
