The food was fine and I enjoyed that there were a number of vegan options on the menu. However, I ordered couscous as my base and it was completely raw – it fell through my fingers like sand. This was disappointing and made it so what felt like half my bowl was inedible. I can’t speak to the atmosphere or service, we got delivery.

We had a very positive experience here yesterday. Food was delicious, healthy, and filling, and the mango lemonade was incredible. The staff and owner made us feel very welcome even with our toddler and infant creating chaos. I very rarely leave a restaurant thinking “I can’t wait to come back” but we really loved it and can’t wait to support this business again.

The rice were uncooked and there was barely any meat. The food had no taste . Even the onion in the name of salad tasted rotten and spoiled. This special food came with free hairs in the bowl . It was a complete waste of money. After eating, I had a stomach ache and felt like vomiting. The food was not fit for human consumption. Great tasty food, and so many vegan options!!
We got the falafel bowl and the vegan falafel burger and were super happy with this decision! The falafel burger was super flavorful and the sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious! One thing I will say is the pita chips were not cooked enough and some of the pieces were straight pita bread. Maybe need a longer toast time for those

I visited Hummus Republic a long time ago, but since the ownership has changed, I decided to try it again. The service, cleanliness, and food have all improved. They offer great vegetarian options, which I really appreciate as a vegetarian. The food is not only tasty but also healthy—a perfect combination!

I ate my wild fries first and it wasn’t anything earth shattering but was great for someone craving some fries as it also has a lot of fiber packed in to slow down my carb absorption which I know will keep my sugar levels from spiking. The eggplant was surprisingly good. It’s not overly chewy nor very soft baked. It’s just right and has a nice grilled aroma. The jalapeños are not raw and are cooked. I didn’t find them to be super spicy. Also, they have some crunchy chickpeas thrown in, which were nice.
The flavors are so rich and well blended in my custom bowl order as well. Mind you, this was a delivery order as well. Now this bowl was a super surprise to me as I am an avid Cava fan and so was not expect something on par or even better than them. This bowl has trumped my cava order in terms of flavor! Since our first delivery order, we made it a point to stop by on one of our trips. It is a nice little shop with a few tables to eat in with your order. Not a place for a group gathering. If you order falafel balls, they serve them up nice and warm so they are delicious! They also have a small assortment of fresh juices as well.
This place is vegetarian nirvana if you’re looking for a healthy filling meal that won’t spike your carbs/sugars as much and actually tastes delicious! Def recommend stopping in if you’re ever in the area.

I ordered from here through uber eats bc there was a promotion of buy one get one free and i know now why there was a promotion bc the food is horrible and they were trying to get rid of it. The chicken bowl was disgusting and watery underneath and too much garlic and the taste was fowl. I got two bowls for the piece of one and ironically i though them both out anyway literally garbage

Unfortunately did not like their bowls at all. There was not one ingredient that tasted good. Chicken was shredded and dry. Eggplant tasted like it was soaked in vinegar. Tables outside were all dirty and ill kept. Sorry to say will not come back.
