Been coming to this subway for a year. I have watched the employees turn over like swapping Laundry. I have seen first hand them short sandwiches when double meat was ordered. I have called from the parking lot and watch them not pick up the phone when the place was empty. I do have choices of other subways but this one is near my house. I have to hover over them to make sure they do their job when I order food.

I picked up four subs around six o’clock. There was one female in 1 male working. They were not greeting anyone when they came in. They kept their head down, and I could tell they were working on my mobile order. Because I watched them place it on the mobile order rack. There was a line all the way to the back of their store. They were not moving very fast at all. To make matters worse, when I got mysubs. They weren’t even warm, but yet, these were subs that were toasted. I’m a little confused by that. The meatballs were cold in the middle.

I normally don’t eat at Subway, but it’s the only restaurant within driving distance of work. I went today and the employees were friendly, wearing their masks correctly, the restaurant was clean and the food was fresh. Thanks for the good service and for wearing your masks correctly!
