I ordered a banana smoothie without whipped cream. When I received it, whipped cream was added anyway. I politely asked the employee if she could remove it. She did not say anything and responded with an attitude before fixing it.
The issue wasn’t the drink itself, but the way the situation was handled. A simple request should be met with basic courtesy and professionalism. This experience was disappointing, and I hope customer service improves.

I recently visited the Wawa gas station on University Parkway and was disappointed with the service. I ordered food through the app, but when I received it, the packaging was not even attempted to be wrapped. As a result, everything slid into my lap when I opened it. When I brought this to the employee’s attention, their response was far from satisfactory. They simply said, ‘Yeah, they are hard to wrap, so I just don’t fool with it.’ This lack of care and attention to customer concerns was disappointing. I hope Wawa can improve its service quality and responsiveness to customer feedback.”

We visited Wawa last night and had a blast with their new line of pizzas and fresh juices. However our favorite is their rice bowls, to be specific, their steak burrito bowl. I also love to customize my drinks there. At the cashier we also picked up freshly baked pretzels. During the covid period, wawa was the only place opened and we got everything there. Since then, they have more staff and more variety and it’s so conveniently located.

I would give zero stars because, well, look at the pictures. 1 biscuit missing half its top and the other biscuit cut so thin and wonky you couldn’t keep the bacon on it. Giant (tablespoon) globs of butter (asked for light butter). Have some standards.
2 stars because the manager/lead refunded my money and was genuinely disappointed at my breakfast , as well. In other words, though the kitchen staff didn’t care about quality, she did.

I watched this place being built and was pleased when it was. I like their coffee; I always use one of their refillable 20oz cups. They ran out, they replaced it immediately. I like that you can customise a sandwich in there. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I wish there was more vegetarian food. Recommended.
