Me and my family were just passing through on 2/24/26 from chemult to purchase a puppy and we’re heading back home to Washington State. This was the best burger I ever had and that means alot coming from me, because I love to cook from scratch. I wish this place wasn’t 6 hours away from me because I would definitely be a regular. My son said his burger was so good it didn’t even need any condiments on it and that says enough right there. We all enjoy our food! No complaints. Sooooo fast forward to today 2/26/26 I wanted a burger again today and went to this burger spot near me and it was not even close to being good. You guys have set a pretty high bar. Keep it up and don’t change anything. Also you guys where so nice and sweet I wish I knew your names. Great service tho.

Just got in from out of town and stopped at That Guy’s Bistro for a bite to eat. The chop Philly was amazing. Never had fries quite like this either, fire. Cool dudes working here and they got bob ross on 1 of the 6 tv’s!! That should tell you something.

Without a doubt some of the best food in town! Salads may be the best I’ve ever had. Sandwiches are top-notch. Sidewinder fries were a pleasant surprise.
Dining room is very loud, but seems like a fun environment for the cook staff.
Their online ordering needs improvement. Last time I ordered, 2 of the 3 items I was getting were not available for order online (Cowboy salad and side of sidewinder fries). I found when I arrived for pickup that they were still on the menu, just mistakenly not on the online menu.

That Guy’s Bistro in Bend is an absolute must. The food was incredible from the first bite to the last. The fresh cilantro chicken Philly was hands-down one of the best sandwiches I’ve had — perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with fresh flavor that really stands out.
The TG Burger was just as impressive: cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and clearly made with quality ingredients. You can tell they actually care about what they’re putting on the plate.
Great food, great execution, and worth every bite. If you’re in Bend and want something seriously delicious, don’t skip this place.

We ordered food for delivery and my husband, who is a bit of a breakfast burrito snob, went on about it for a few hours!! Silken eggs, rich sauce, plenty of meats. Highly recommend.

We are pleasantly surprised with everything we order at this place. I’m going to eventually order everything on the menu. I’ve had two different phillys and a spicey chicken sandwich. Family members have got shrimp tacos, chopped salad, bacon cheese burger. Go here, you’ll be happy.

OMG! Don’t miss this hidden gem. Authentic, quality food prepared with love and an attention to detail! Don’t miss the margaritas…we had the pork tacos, but everything that came out of the kitchen that looked delicious. Caden took great care of us and we will be back!

I used to highly enjoy taking my family here. Unfortunately, new staff don’t seem to know how to cook and have horrible customer service. We asked for a well done burger to which the person taking the order says ” we only cook burgers one way”. When we recieved the burger it was still bloody. We also ordered the kids burger and that was completely raw. I was offered a refund but, I think the staff needs more training on how to cook correctly and how to have better customer service.
