It was our first time in. We’re new to the neighborhood and wanted to try something other than pizza hut… I had questions regarding the difference crusts and styles of pizza but the workers didn’t understand me and my questions… All they said is “all the pizza is the same”. I was disappointed in the communication but I just got a pepperoni and sausage pizza and it was delicious .

Just received our delivery order. It was fast and so hot when it arrived. We asked for contactless delivery but had to come to the door for our order due to delivery driver ringing the bell and knocking. No icing for the cinnastix and a diet dr. Pepper instead of zero sugar dr. Pepper. Other then that, everything was great!

I went back, and this time I got plenty of pepperoni. I didn’t tell them about my previous experience or review when I ordered. The pizza was delicious and hot. I must have gone on an off day before.

I would give no stars. This place is a rip off!! I got a large pepperoni pizza and it came with the bare minimum of pepperoni. I know what you’re thinking! There has to be more underneath the cheese…. Nope what you see is all that came on it. I’m sticking with Joe’s.

I ordered 2 large pizzas that weren’t good AT ALL! Visually and physically! I called to get my order remade and the manager and employee were very rude and unwelcoming and DID NOT replace my food and actually hung up on me, not to mention when I was waiting on my pizza there were cock roaches crawling on counter and floor I will not be coming back and I hope none of you do either! It’s not up to health code by any means!

The food here is amazing! It’s consistently fresh and always hot! You won’t get that at Pizza Hut or Dominos anymore! Its become all about profits, but Mr Jims has always been amazing! Especially the Jim Stix, add bacon!

I just got home from picking up a pizza and other items from the Mr Jims Pizza in Justin. Ive been eating Mr Jims Pizza for years at various locations. This has to be the worst pizza ive ever gotten EVER from any Mr Jims. I ordered a Detroit Style Pizza, Nacho Stix & some chicken nuggets. Nacho stix were fine. Nuggets were over cooked. But this pizza, is aweful. I ordered the meat lovers. You could probably fit all the meat on this pizza in a small measuring cup. It DAMN SURE ISNT A MEAT LOVERS PIZZA. I ordered extra cheese, NOT EXTRA SAUCE!!! That has always been one of our go to pizzas to get from a Mr Jims. I WILL NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN. THIS FOOD TONIGHT IS TRASH. Im headed to Pizza Hut.

Every time I walk into this location in Justin I am warmly greeted by the polite staff. My brothers and I had the opportunity to try Mr. Jim’s newest menu item, The Detroit Style pizza.
