Ice cream was great , customer service was poor. We were just stopping in first time customers . No one greets you when you come in but I’m sure that’s because the employees are young and were to busy entertaining each other . Wren it came to my order everything was correct but they were talking so much they forgot my daughter ice cream & started working on the people behind us . No one apologized no one said have a good nite. Customer service training for your young associates will support your brand . Ultimately the ice cream was a 5 experience a 2.

Very delicious ice cream and fast, friendly service. There’s no indoor area for guests, but there are several benches at the front of the store. It was shaded and still comfortable to sit outside on a 100-degree evening. My daughter loved the plain chocolate, and I enjoyed the NY cheesecake and Oreo flacors. They have a rewards program, which is a good thing because I have to go back and try more of the flavors!

Excellent homemade ice cream. Large variety of flavors. Reasonable prices for quarts and half gallons. Every visit I’ve had friendly and helpful service. If you haven’t been there, a must go!

I just got back from the best ice cream shop of my life! The ice cream makers are true artists. The variety of flavors is breathtaking and the quality of the ice cream is simply heavenly.
I went for Choc. Rasp. Truffle. It was love at first bite!
The service was also top-notch! The staff was friendly, helpful and even offered us a few samples.
We’ll definitely be back! If you love ice cream, you have to come here!

The mango oat ice cream was spectacular! Staff is so friendly and the line moved quickly. The BEST part was being able to share my experience with my pups with their pup cups!! You can see their excitement in the photos, it did not disappoint! 🙂 Can’t wait to come back for the Pistachio! Thank you SO much!

Drove by, notice the new venue, Bruster’s Real Ice Cream promised myself to check out later.
My favorite is vanilla. First taste, absolutely the best ice cream, perfect combination, not sweet or any unusual after taste.

I’ve praised this location but after this evening I’m so disappointed. Well I ordered waffle bowls large (4) scoops and a turtle sundae in a waffle bowl. After paying for the 1st order the cashier informed me no waffle bows but she can still put it in the bowl with lid so I asked if I could get waffle cone on the side she said yes ok. I’m gonna stay on order #1 I get the bowl with what supposed to be 4 scoops looked like 1 1/2 sloppy scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough and 1 1/2 if that of chocolate peanut butter buckeye I informed the young lady that wasn’t acceptable it looked a sloppy mess so she finally after debating with me asked if I wanted a remake I said yes and it looked much better (pic below).
Order# 2 asked for turtle sundae in waffle bowl it was supposed to be in a waffle bowl without waffle because they were out and the waffle cone on the side which she charged me for the waffle cone not sure why but when received it was in a cup not a bowl 2 scoops this is an absolute joke. (See pic below).

Well, I ordered two scoops and they shoved two scoops into a one scoop container plus toppings. The ice cream ended up all over me and all over the front seat of my car. Staff definitely needs to be trained better and girl taking order was borderline rude. Happy now I didn’t leave a tip.
