A fantastic place. Where humans are not required(yet I hear sounds in the back of the place, laughing and clear). So special everything is driven by AI?. Did you see anyone working here? One star is because the ice cream was good, regardless of the people who work here (sun 14 2025, 9:22 pm) just for reference. The lady in the picture needed assistance(there was no one to assist, not there was a board to notify). One came out ok and one horrible, why do we need to have these people, when there is no one to assist. A Special place.

This was the smoothest and creamiest, most flavorful ice cream I’ve ever had. We visited kilwins many more times because we were not near another Chill-N on our vacation in Florida. I wish they had them all over the place because you can’t beat them.

I was at this location on Monday and had an amazing experience. The two young adults working here gave me amazing service. Both made the ice cream for me and my girlfriend perfectly. Awesome ice cream. Awesome service. Would definitely recommend!!!! I will definitely be back there soon!!

I’ve purchased here many times, but at this point it’s been at least four times that the tart yogurt has had a disgusting texture. It’s supposed to be creamy, but at this location it never is. There’s clearly an issue with how it’s being made. Please train your staff properly or make sure your processes are standardized. It’s frustrating to pay for something that doesn’t live up to what you promise.
By the way, the way it looks in the photo is exactly how it was handed to me — we didn’t even eat it!

I understand we came in at 9:47 and it was latw but the customer service was terrible. We ( group of 5) walked in and a group of 3 walked in after us. We were trying to order quickly but 3 of the employees decided to joke around in the back instead of taking orders to quicken the pace. There was a roach and when we alerted someone, a talll boy with glasses came in and swiped it off with his HAND. He then proceeded to boast about how he was tired. I was disgusted with the fact that he proceeded to make the ice cream even though he didn’t wash his hands. I didn’t even want to make a big deal about getting a refund because it was late and I knew it would’ve started an argument. This location genuinely needs to do better.

When we got there there the young adults that were serving ice cream were no where to be found. We used the kiosk to order with out any instruction on how to get the toppings or how it works. We then ordered and they finally came out. Made our ice cream then we asked to get toppings on because we thought that’s how it worked and they said we would have had to order that with the kiosk. I let them know we didn’t know that and no one was around. They then let my kids get candy toppings but the entire time kids were entering the back to visit with the young lady that was working. I get it’s an ice cream shop and young adults usually work at these establishments but I’ve never witnessed 5 teenagers going in the back and messing around at one. When we left the young lady was making her friends ice creams and showing them how it all works. One of them was even messing around with the mixers. It was a strange visit.

There are several vegan and gluten-free options available. I loved the combination of banana and peanut butter with almond milk base. Highly recommend this place.
