I’ll give this place 3.5 ⭐️. The broth they use had plenty of flavor and they gave me lots of basil to add to the dish. I expect more for the price. But if you live near by it would be worth a try. And at lunch they were not busy at all so you can get in and out quick. The emptiness might also be a sign
Lower the lunch price by 4$ and you’ll have lots more customers.

Ordered the grilled noodle combo that doesn’t come with egg. Instead was sent a rice combo with egg on top. I have a severe allergy to egg. Called back the same night 4 times 30 minutes before close and the phone was ignored repeatedly. I called back eventually to try and speak to a manager. The first time there was no manager on premises just a young girl. The second time the manager who was equally as young said he couldn’t do anything “for the freeski”. Eventually the owner was contacted after far too much back and forth. Despite my requests he would not speak to me directly. He relayed to the manager they would not give me a refund or even a remake and what is potentially only $10 or less worth of food to them. Uber eats will also not issue a refund which was explained to them. They even tried to argue the validity of my allergies to justify the mixup even though they had the same photos I listed here and admitted it wasn’t the right order. Businesses that are so greedy should not be frequented. They have no respect for a customer who’s been ordering from them since they opened, are quick to take your money without providing the correct product, and have disgusting customer service.
Update: The owners response is indicative of their behavior. I never said I was confused on what did and didn’t contain egg. I said an eggroll wrapped in wonton is not a direct allergen as the ingredient (egg) never touches the meal. And I never claimed to leave bad reviews if I didn’t receive free food. I called 2 weeks later because as you can see the night I ordered the food nobody would respond and I tried to handle the refund through uber eats who told me to contact the restaurant directly. I never threatened to dispute any charges until the owner became hostile and demeaning over a $20 plate of food. I’ve been a customer for well over 3 years if you would like me to provide every receipt of past orders I have. The way with which you even responded to this review lying and patronizing a PAYING customer is indicative of your condescending and rude behavior. And you just proved that to the public. Again over a plate of food that probably cost $10 to make at most. Have a blessed day.

overall, it was OK. The food was respectable, but I’m afraid to say it was kind of a disappointment. I’ve had much more flavorful Vietnamese eggrolls, and bánh mì. I was really looking forward to the pickled carrot and daikon and you absolutely couldn’t taste it. there was only one very minute piece of daikon and though there was a little bit of carrot you absolutely could not taste the pickling. I’m afraid that part was very disappointing. The Vietnamese eggrolls were OK but nothing to write home about.

Great food, nice service.. you just need to not have the back of the dining room look like your home with baby toys and keep it neat. Other than that, place is great and bathrooms are clean.

Food is always great here, it’s been a while since I’ve visited (maybe over a year) they’ve added more food options and have rotated around some of their menu and prices. Still 10/10 I appreciate the take out order only taking around 10-15 minutes to receive. Only thing I noticed, their portion sizes towards teriyaki chicken and rice seemed smaller than I remembered… the pho takeout is perfect as usual, though it seems like they don’t fully cook it as it looked a bit pink (also cold by the time I get home) no complaints, I heated up the broth on the stove and it finished cooking the meat.

The food and tea is always delicious, amazing value for the price, and staff is friendly. The spicy lemongrass tofu is a must-try even if you don’t think you’re a fan of tofu! They seem to do a lot of carry out business and the dine-in area is simple and comfortable. It’s also fun to watch the music videos that are usually on.

I had an amazing experience at this boba spot! The customer service was top-notch—Peter and Marvin were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with our order. Their positive energy really made the visit extra enjoyable.
As for the drinks—WOW. The Berry Dragon Fruit Slush was refreshingly delicious, bursting with fruity flavor and the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. And the Vietnamese Coffee? Absolutely phenomenal—strong, smooth, and perfectly sweetened. Both drinks were beautifully made and tasted even better.
Definitely one of the best boba experiences I’ve had. I’ll be coming back for sure!

My husband ordered the pho as takeout and it was a pretty disappointing. We ordered a large and it was small compared to other pho places. The broth tasted greasy without much flavor. We added our own fish sauce and that helped a bit. We both couldn’t finish our broth because of the grease. Back to our other favorite pho place we go!
