Its a Dominos so the “food rating” is about the same at any location. THIS location, though, has some QC issues. The pizzas always have a bare minimum of toppings. Like how do I see so much cheese when its a 3 topping pizza? Shouldn’t I see a bunch of toppings? It’ll literally be like 2 to 4 pieces of toppings per slice. And if you ask for parmesan cheese: you get like 4 for a large pizza. I get you’re trying to maximize profit but the default should be 1 packet of parm per slice maybe? Other than that the delivery is usually on point so kudos there. ADD MORE TOPPINGS AND DON’T BE STINGY WITH YOUR PARMESAN PACKETS.

Great staff, great prices (thanks to the app and coupons) and the kids loved it. The chocolate lava cakes are waaaaay better than they should be. I haven’t had many of the pizza places around Rocky hill but of the ones I have had, dominos is better than them and that’s coming from a total pizza snob who lives and works in New Haven.

Managers and supervisors kindly let your staff knows it’s not appropriate to talk over the meal. I video tape two staff having a long conversation while preparing the pizza for the oven. Please remember saliva can accidentally fly onto the pizza. We don’t want to digest other ppl bacteria. Made a delivery order to a hotel. They didn’t bring my order to the room, I called and they said they left it on “the counter”.
When I called they put the driver on the phone who was completely rude and blamed me for “not answering my phone” (I had no missed calls).
The driver was unbelievably rude on the phone. When I said I wanted to speak to the manager of the store she kept telling me to hold on.
If you’re hungry and want food quickly and to actually show up order from another Dominos. The entire point of Dominos is to have it taste the same and the same experience regardless of the state you’re in.
First time dominos let me down! Corporate offered me a free medium pizza but to be honest I would have rather just had a refund.

DO NOT order pastas from here. I ordered pizza and pastas, but lately, the pastas are coming out very dry, and the quantity was significantly less than before. I called the store to request a correction. The associate said there was no option to add more and cited “portion control.” She then said she would “take care” of it, but the pasta was still way too dry. Customers may require more or less depending on their preference, and this should be handled, especially when they are ready to pay. Very disappointed with the quality and the response from the store.
