I had the half fried and half natural of the sea, sky, and earth roll, and the portion was huge since each roll had 10 pieces in total. I liked the fried portion better than the natural since the meats in the sushi in the natural half were a bit too cold in texture. On the bright side, it didn’t take very long after ordering for the food to arrive. Overall, I might come back to try more items on the menu.

The concept of Mexican and Sushi is interesting, and it was good!
All of the portions are pretty large! Ordered a Sushi Tower as an appetizer and we really enjoyed it. I had the OKC sushi and it was huge! Flavors are good. My husband got 3 Birrias and he said the meat was delicious— tender in the middle with food crisp on the outside.
They have this little toppings bar you can add to your plate, which is nice.
The only complaint is the lights. It’s VERY bright, and almost hurts your eyes.
Overall, great food and friendly staff! The price is fair for the amount of food you get.

Excellent Fusion Spot – we tried The Sonora Roll & Carne Asada Burrito. The Jamaican Agua Fresca was excellent as well. We were seated immediately and excellent service from the staff. Great spot for Lunch & Dinner. Please give them a try ❤️

What an amazing meal! The question isn’t does Mexican sushi exist, it’s how amazing is the Mexican sushi? I had the cowboy roll fried and a quesabirra! Wide menu with all kinds of options. Super friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

I had a lovely time dining here! The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was stunning—clearly a lot of care goes into each dish. The space itself is super cute, stylish, and very clean, which made for a really pleasant atmosphere.

That said, there are still a few kinks to work out. Service was quite slow, and a few items arrived cold or were forgotten entirely. It seemed like the staff was a bit overwhelmed, so hopefully they’ll get more help or find a smoother rhythm as they settle in.

Despite that, I see a lot of potential here. Once they’ve been open a bit longer, I think this place will really shine. I’m looking forward to coming back again soon!

They moved!!!

I didn’t realize I didn’t post a previous visit so I’m leaving it on here.

Just when you think it couldn’t get any better. . .

Much to my surprise they moved! I was meeting a friend for lunch and we ended up at two different locations. I went to the old location, he went to the new spot. I didn’t need directions since I have been several times. Sure enough when I pulled in a new place had taken over their previous location. Not to worry the new place was only 5 min away on 23rd street!

A much improved location for sure! They have a lot more seating, a bar area and a revamped menu, more including breakfast! They are still in the process of getting their liquor license.

The Sushi Tower was our appetizer and it was phenomenal! Better than I had previously! A definite must try!

Next up the Sonora Roll – this was a surprise!!! This came out on wooden boat – talk about presentation! This was beyond amazing!

To be honest words can’t describe the taste – put this on your places to try!

We also ordered the Sea, Sky & Earth roll which came half fried half natural! Another winner. Sad to say we didn’t finish so I had a to go box!

They have also included a breakfast menu which I have to try out. They are so many new items on the menu it will take several visits before I can try them all.

Shhhhhhh Right now this is the best kept secret in OKC. But now that I’m writing about them I have a feeling this place will become a HUGE success! Can’t wait to go back!!!

8/1/2024 – new visit
Still no wife to go with me☹️ I did have a close friend of mine join me and the results are leaving me speechless.

They have a new menu that they recently released and I’ve got to make plans on going back as like more frequently!

A new appetizer – Asada Fries is a must try! When I try these again I’m going to ask for the fries to be cooked longer.

We had two rolls that we split between us – this Mexican-Asian fusion is simply pure genius!

On my next visit I’ve got to save room to try one of the desserts!!!

I’ve been wanting to try this ever since I saw their IG Post I asked my wife if she would like to try – I got the big N-O!

This is my first visit and I’m convinced will not be the last! Whoever came up with this concept is pure genius!

We ordered straight away. We them asked our server what we should try. Leslie who was our server made some awesome suggestions! We ordered the #1, 3, 5, & 6. Everyone was great! Although we tried to eat every roll we ordered we did not succeed. So we had to take the rest home. Liked that was ever going to hurt our feelings HA!

This is a must try restaurant!!!

Absolutely amazing sushi! Everything tasted incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. The rolls were full of flavor, perfectly balanced, and presented like art. You can tell the chef really cares about quality and detail.
The atmosphere was relaxing and clean, and the staff were very kind and attentive — they made sure we had everything we needed. The service was fast, and the prices were fair for the quality you get.
I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

We have been wanting to try this one for a while, and it did not disappoint! The Mexican sushi was really good. You have the option of having it fried or you can order half and half. The fried was both our favorites!! They also have tacos and sides if you are not a sushi person.

Stumbled upon this place on a random Saturday afternoon, and was not disappointed.

Excellent service. The chips, queso and salsa were spot on. I ordered the Sonoran Roll which the waiter asked if I wanted half fried and half regular. I have never been asked this at a sushi restaurant, ever. The Sonoran roll was a generous portion for the price. I hope they continu to do so. I also ordered a Sonoran taco. Prefection!!! The tiny salad ball that comes withyour sushi roll is excellent as well. Definitelywill returnto this fusion style restaurant. I grew up in the southwest so looking forward to trying one of their Sonoran dogs next time.
