I ordered delivery since my hubby had the car for the day. The manager Everitt called to let me know they didn’t have a driver in house and they would be going through Uber Eats for delivery which is fine. Hubby got off work and there were just a few minutes left for the latest delivery time through uber eats so we decided to just cancel the order and he’d pick up something on his way home. Everitt was so sweet and professional and immediately apologized profusely for the wait and cancelled the order. I love Jimmy John’s in general and the customer service was excellent tonight even if I had to miss out on a yummy sub!

I have ordered frequently, the location is close to my home and office. But I’m so frustrated, I will probably quit ordering, at least from this location. They can’t seem to get it together. Today I received the wrong sandwich, AGAIN. Third time in the last two months. Last week they had to cancel my order because their driver didn’t show up… I consistently order extra lettuce, because I like it, and it still has hardly any. The last order even included the wrong drink and chips…really?!? But today I received the most awful sandwich, beef with pickles and cucumbers…yuck. My receipt says Lil John #2, extra lettuce, add cheese…not what I got. It doesn’t seem like it would be that hard to have good management and make sandwiches, apparently, I’m wrong.

I used to go to the location in the mountains every chance I got. But since moving here I tried this location(9325 Dorchester St #126, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129) and it’s like a completely different place. My beach club sandwich was filled with brown lettuce and even after removing it all the sandwich tasted bad. Like old food bad. Just the one bite made me sick. This place is disgusting. I will never eat here again.

Will not be returning to this location ever again! Last month had terrible service with delivery. The delivered the wrong sandwich (not what I ordered) not once, but twice!!! Was nearly 2 hours later when I finally got my correct order. Thought I would give them another try today. Took nearly 45 min for delivery. Sandwich has like half a scoop of tuna, half pieces of cucumbers, was missing tomatoes and cheese. Such a bummer. I love Jimmy John’s but this location sucks.

Overall bad experience. Ordered online expecting to go in and wait maybe 5 minutes. Went in and waited almost 20 just to get my online ordered sandwich. Brought it back and it wasn’t even cut when I clicked the cut in half button which one why even have that. Just shows the level of care they have.

Order arrived in a box with the fountain drinks on top of the sandwiches, fallen over. Everything was soaked with coke, to include the sandwiches. Called to see what could be done and was told to call back the next day. I’ll be calling tomorrow for a full refund or I’ll be disputing the charge and they can eat the fee. This location has sucked for the last two years, this is the last time I order from them.

They served me burnt bread on my sandwich. When I called, their manager said ” All the Whole Wheat bread looked a “little dark.” ” hahaha!! It smelled awful. So burnt. Literally black.
Throw away burnt bread please. 🙁 I hate complaining but this is bar far the worst sandwich I have ever received from your entire company. The fact that the entire staff decided to continue to use the bread on the sandwiches is beyond me. I ended up just ripping off the edges to try to eat the rest of it, but it all tasted burnt.

Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because usually we don’t have much of an issue with the actual sandwiches but what is going on with delivery? The last 2 times have been ridiculous. We had to call about one delivery because it had been an hour since we placed the order (it wasn’t during rush hours either) and this last time it took 45 minutes and our sandwiches were so soggy they were falling apart. It will be awhile before we order from this location again!

The lady who takes your order, doesn’t even let you finish before she is trying to help the customer behind you.
They place the delivery orders on top of the trash bin.
I have also seen one of the sandwich makers take an order, with cash, then go start making a sandwich without washing their hands.
I love Jimmy John’s, but this location is awful!
