I am consistently disappointed by this 7 brew location. I used to be a 7 brew regular at various locations in Lexington and never had an issue with the way my drinks tasted. Since visiting the Newport location, my drinks have been pretty inconsistent in their taste. I order different variations of the same drink typically and I never know if it’s going to taste how it’s supposed to. I have had to return my drink on multiple occasions because the coffee tasted like plain milk. This morning was one of those instances but I was unable to return my drink due to being en route to work. I got to work and tasted it, realizing it was yet another cup of milk! I had bought coffees for several of my coworkers too, who also said they could not taste any coffee or flavor, just milk. I’m so frustrated. Am I missing something? If I am going to pay $7 plus tip for a coffee, I’d like to be able to enjoy my drink AT LEAST. Not to mention, every time I come to this location I am waiting in line 15+ minutes no matter the time of day I come. When my drinks are made correctly, I love 7 brew. But, unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed one too many times now to be returning.

All the people are super friendly never had bad service or a bad coffee from there highly suggest trying it once you’ll be hooked. It is drive-thru only so there’s no tables or place to set with a bunch of people but that’s cool in the warm months that you could go to a park and sit together with your family and friends and enjoy your coffee. For when it’s cold take it home and enjoy it with a family there

The service was great, but the coffee options they have just aren’t my taste. It’s a very sugar-bomb heavy menu. More coffee flavored drinks than flavored coffee drinks.
I now avoid the area around it, because the place is so popular that it regularly creates traffic jams. Great for their business, but it can be a real headache for the surrounding area.

Stopped by 7 Brew recently and had such a good experience. I wasn’t really sure what to order, and Mary was super helpful — she asked what kinds of flavors I usually like and helped me figure out the perfect drink. It ended up being so good. Everyone was friendly, the service was quick, and the whole vibe was just easy and positive. Definitely coming back. ☕️

This was my husband and mines first time at 7brew and to say we were blown away is an understatement! The coffee and the service were equally phenomenal! We were greeted by Ashlin, who made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. I got the blondie, a classic , and my husband got the peppermint mocha. Both coffees were to die for!! We will definitely be back!!

I stopped by today and had an awesome experience. Kiarah was super friendly and really helped me figure out a drink I’d actually like she gave a few suggestions and the one I tried was perfect. She was upbeat, patient, and just made the whole stop way better than your usual coffee run.

This was my first time trying 7 brew and to say the least I’ve had a great experience at, and I have to say Makayla was especially helpful. She took the time to listen to what I like and suggested drinks that were perfect for me. Her friendly and knowledgeable service really made my visit enjoyable. 7 Brew is definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Been going to 7 brew for a while now and no other coffee place does it like them. Great customer service, always fast with my order. The one person that stood out the most to me was Makayla. She gave great drink recommendations, very polite, and overall made my experience very exceptional today! Always love my energies and todays was extra good!

I absolutely love the 7 Brew in Newport, KY! The staff is always upbeat, friendly, and fast — even when the line is long, they move it quickly without making you feel rushed. My drinks are consistently perfect, and they’re always willing to make recommendations if I want to try something new. The energy here is unmatched, and you can tell the team genuinely enjoys what they do. Highly recommend this location!
