Wish I could give these guys 10 stars. Food is always amazing! Dine in is always perfect! Take out, don’t worry about your order. It’s always right, all the sauces are in the bag and all the utensils are in the bag every time! Overall Great place and we will be a repeat customer for life!

Stay away. Was charged $10 for children’s tiny sunny d. Was told that’s how it rings up and that’s what they charge nothing they could do. Refused to fix price saying that’s what they charge. Also charged $5 for to go container to take the left over food that was already purchased.

Pho Ngoc exceeded my expectations. Food service interior all were super!
Tried vermicelli which was amazing as well as the Vietnamese coffee which was some of the best. Shrimp and pork were both flavorful and presentation of the dish was beautiful.
Service was courteous and efficient.
Will be back!!

I came to Pho Ngoc for lunch and everything was great! I had the bún thịt chả giò—the grilled pork and egg rolls were flavorful and satisfying. My daughter got a kids pho and really enjoyed it, and we brought home a cơm tấm that was just as tasty later on.
The service was excellent, and even though it was a hot day, the food totally fulfilled my Vietnamese food craving. There’s so much more to enjoy here than just pho—lots of delicious dishes to choose from. Next time, I’m definitely trying the spring rolls!

The food is really good. Pho has fantastic flavor and lots of meat. The staff was very nice and attentive. I think this may be the strongest broth flavor I’ve gotten in York. Their lemonade is also really good. Just the right sweetness for me. A decent amount of seating is available as well.

The pho was very good service was ok but the waiters were very nice and the food came pretty quick. The atmosphere was nice and the bathrooms were clean. The food was cheaper than alot of the surounding areas pho spots. We will be back again. If you want a bowl of hot pho to feel better about life or recover from some ailment then I say DO ITTT!!!!

Pho Ngoc is U Do It approved! One word: ThePlaceIsAmazing! So good. The staff was very nice. Very clean place and tables were clean. Most importantly the spring rolls with peanut sauce made the trip out here so worth it. Our meals were great as well. I got grilled pork over vermicelli.

I had a bad experience the guy I mean the waiter who took my order very rude and nonchalant. Long story short I ordered didn’t know what I wanted to drink so I asked for water until I looked over the drink menu. He brought me a bottled water and just took the drink menu without even asking me if I decided on a drink? I said excuse me I wanted a Thai tea he said “oh you want Thai tea ?” Like I stuttered or something he brought my tea and I gave him back the bottle water. I ate my food and drank my tea then when I was checking out he didn’t ask anything just gave me my total printed the receipt Im looking over my receipt and he yelled at me and said sign at the bottom like I didn’t know where to sign. I still left a tip and signed he didn’t even say thank you ? I asked for a copy of my receipt seems like that made him angrier. I look at my receipt carefully he still charged me a $1 for the water bottle that I gave him back it was only a $1 so I just left and didn’t bother to say anything. For the record the other guy I believe that does the cooking was nice he checked on me and said take your time but the waiter very rude. The waiter had a attitude the whole time he didn’t make me feel welcomed or if he even appreciated my business.

The absolute best pho I have ever had. Everything was so incredibly fresh and delicious. The customer service is always so amazing, these kings make sure I am always well taken care of here. I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you wanted to be treated like the king or queen you are 🙂
