A new restaurant near AMC in the District Eatery. The food here is really nice. They do healthy bowls and it’s Asian-flavored style. I built my own bowl and just picked what I wanted. The rice was well cooked. Salmon and shrimp were really well seasoned. The staff was very friendly. Outside seating was nice and breezy.

I’ve been looking for a Korean build your own bowl place in OC for so long and I finally found it! The miso pork is tender with just the right amount of flavor. There is a good variety of toppings and sauces. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Clean and bright environment inside. There is currently a promo for a free drink with any bowl purchase. I got the strawberry watermelon and it was great! I will be back often!

Great service! We’ve been here before and like it a lot! We both got bowls with the purple rice and a side of the Korean street fries! The toppings in the bowl went so well with everything and is a good amount of food! Everything was so good and the rest of the menu with the kimchi burgers looks great! Will definitely be back to try everything on the menu

Quick Summary
Located next to the AMC theatre, this Korean fast casual restaurant is really tasty using quality ingredients. Easy parking at the District at the most part. Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating like most places at the District

Food- 5 stars
Tried the Korean Street bowl and it was really tasty. Everything tasted fresh and the tri tip so very juicy and tender (no cheap meat here).

Service- 5 stars
The owner was fantastic and really helpful with explaining the menu. My only feedback was that the server should’ve cut the tri tip a bit thinner, but I should’ve said something prior

Bottom Line
Really good fast casual Korean spot using fresh and quality ingredients

This place has an interesting concept, but I think is done poorly. The food was not fresh despite going in around lunchtime, the kimchi tasted dry and stale. No part of my bowl was hot like a hot meal should be, and it’s probably the way the food is stored like it is at chipotle; but even chipotle’s food stays hotter than here. The icing on top is how pricy the food is for how little you get; I understand most places will up charge for having bulgogi, but the bulgogi did not taste like it was worth it. I will not be coming back here and I wouldn’t advise anyone to even try it for the first time. You can get better quality and a lot more food for your money elsewhere.

30+ minutes for a a double double nock off and a shrimp poke bowel at a quick service spot. 5 disassociating adults in capable of communication.
It wasn’t even busy and the food is simply okay in a vacuum, but it is bad for the price and wait.

I asked for my money back but they assured me it was coming out. I should not have given them a dime.

Had their promotional burger, and it like a Korean BBQ in a burger form! The soul street fries were so filling and tasty. Definitely a great place to visit and eat at the District! Great people providing service here 🙂

A new favorite spot!
The District Eatery has completely won me over! The vibe is modern, minimal, and super inviting. It’s affordable and delicious. Custom bowls are great. Can’t wait to come back!
