It was not a real Italian pizza and pasta, but 69$ for a pasta and pizza and salad with a bottle of wine is really reasonable!! Our waiter Philip was very smart who recognized my wife and me after one year! Generally nice place to spend time in evening.

They have a terasse with view on street. When we went, it wasn’t too crowded, so we were able to wherever we wanted.
I tried their risotto (at market price), that came with shrimps. The server offered us parmesan cheese and homemade “hot sauce” that was really good.
The risotto was good, though not as filling as I thought if you have a big appetite, and only take a main dish.
With the new Quebec tipping law, their machine doesn’t offer a percentage as an option, so you have to the math yourself if you want to give a proper tip.
Their bathroom is located downstairs.
Overall, we enjoyed our experience.

Had a reservation for 7:00 pm for my niece’s birthday. We got seated next to the windows that needed a serious caulking job as we could feel the cold wind from the cracks, needless to say in minus 30°c weather we were freezing. We put our scarves on the window sills. It’s not a big issue and an easy fix, the restaurant was nice and we were well seated. The waiter gave un 1 wine menu for a table of 20 people and when I asked for a second one I got a side eye lolll the waiter was so rude. We had to constantly be at the lookout for the him if we needed something cause there was no asking if we needed anything. This is a small restaurant and being able to get service shouldn’t be so hard. Finally we got our drinks 35 minutes later. I ordered a bloody Cesar thinking I would get a nice tall glass with a little more garnish that an olive and a small pepper, cause normally this is the largest drink on the menu in restaurants and I was disappointed when I got a small flute with mostly ice. Did it taste good? Yes. Was I worth 12$ hell no. ♀️ rest of the food was good but not worth the price, we got an antipasto for 2 people at 35$, not the greatest we had… my husband got bavette for 28$ he had at most 3oz of meat and a small side of stir fried veggies, 1/3 cup at most. I took the mushroom pasta it was good and the portion was ok as well. I asked for a coffee at the end of the dinner around 9pm and got it at 10 after asking for it multiple times, we got the bill and it cost us 160$. Was the food tasty? Yes, was it worth 160$ for what we got? No. To top it all off we couldn’t get paper bills for some reason and the interac machine wasn’t working ♀️ I don’t like to bash businesses with the economy we have but at the same time people work hard to go out and eat and they deserve to be at least comfortable and well served. Food is always debatable. Service was bad. I will not be going back.

We came here with family for our dinner. The restaurant was nice. Good service.
Mushroom bruschetta was awesome, so as spaghetti with mushroom sauce.
There were varieties of pizza. We took a spicy one which was delicious. The dough could have been crunchier. But it was good.
Burrata as an entrée was tasty too. Lasagna was yummy.
It was snowing when we were having dinner. So looking through windows seeing the snow was very nice.

This place is HORRIBLE. Long hairs in our food, loooong hairs on the toilet seat, our server came and asked if I still wanted the drink I had ordered because it was going to take 20 mins due to an eight top he had. I’ve been a sever and I understand the demand- but why not make one single drink before you make eight? Not to mention this server was EXTREMELY RUDE to us. This is my first time in Montreal and the first restaurant I’ve been to here- reallllllly spoiled the mood. Do not go here!!! Try Stem across the road!

Service was bad. It felt rushed. We almost have to scream at the server to get something to drink he never ask us what we wanted just got our food order. The food was ok until I vomit all the escargot that order last night. My stomach didn’t felt well later in the night. It’s not the first time I eat that in other restaurants but it’s my first time throwing up there were clearly not fresh.

This is the fist time I’m writing this review to this restaurant. I’m an often client because I live very close but yesterday I was truly disappointed by the kitchen. I’ve always liked this restaurant because the service is wonderful. Yesterday I order a bruschetta and it was awful, I know bruschetta is made with left over bread but yesterday was ridiculous and the tagliatelle with grilled chicken was one of my favorites but yesterday it came with 3 small ridiculous slices of chicken. I also saw the guy who was eating beside me order a pizza and it was more dough than meat. Please take care of your clients.
