Great food, the sold-out stickems on the menu board shows it! They can only so much fresh brisket made for the day, get there early. Really good food served with a variety of sides.

Located conveniently on the Main Street of Camp Wood (Hwy 55/Nueces St). Delicious BBQ. Family friendly atmosphere. Friendly staff and very clean. Free parking on street or in a gravel lot. Order at the counter and then you find a table and they bring you your meal. The brisket, potato salad, coleslaw and banana pudding were outstanding. A/C was nice and cool on a brutally hot day (Aug 5, 2023) Would definitely eat here again and highly recommend!

Some of the best barbecue I’ve had for a great price. Will stop here every time I’m riding through the area.

We have been coming to this establishment since it was Two Fat Boy’s BBQ. Every time we come into town for hunting season or to work at the ranch, we make it a point to eat here for lunch! Often, we meet patrons who drive out all the way from San Antonio just to have lunch here and head back to town! The folks are always nice, and the food is really good! I’m torn between 4 or 5 stars because the prices are just a little high, but I also respect Camp Wood is a small town and everything seems a little more pricey across town.

Great motorcycle ride destination, and the food was delicious. Indoor and outdoor seating. Don’t go too late cause they might sell out. One of the many stops on the Three Sisters route in the hill country..

We have come to camp wood several times, but this was the first time trying this place out. We got the brisket quesadillas, meat plate with brisket, jalapeño sausage, ribs with beans, coleslaw, potato salad, and pecan pie. I wasn’t a big fan of the ribs but everything else was delicious. We will definitely be going back the next time we are in town!

We stopped here on our way thru to Amarillo. The bbq was fantastic! The brisket, the turkey, the bbq sauce…all wonderful and so yummy. My son enjoyed his grilled cheese lol. For dessert we got pecan pie and chocolate silk. The pecan pie was kind of so-so, but the chocolate one was delicious! Would definitely stop here again, 100%.

Thank you to the BBQ&GRILL staff. Friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our late lunch of chopped beef brisket sandwiches. Delicious. The restaurant was shiny clean & the tables inviting with flowers on each one.
Relaxing. Thank you from your Comfort Texas visitors. Old, tired, happy & full.

An old dive if you will but a small local business—the service was great and food was phenomenal. Our group had barbecue stuffed potatoes, 3 meat platters with brisket sausage and baby back ribs, their potato soup, side salads and fries. The baby back ribs were delicious—the flavor came from the wood they were smoked with no dry rubs or sauces. The side salfs were of decent size with mostly lettuce but some spinach and salad greens too. Would love to go back and try their pizza as well. It was 6 minutes from The Riv resort which are it nice to be able to get some food and not drive too far from the river. They had 3-4 different homemade pies as well. Fresh flowers on the tables were a nice touch along with photos of birds of the area as well. Fantastic food and experience.
