The cheese doesn’t come up to the crust. This really upset me. I expect cheese till the crust not an inch away from the crust. Imagine being annoyed seeing that as you eat the slice and then being more annoyed when you get to the crust early because the cheese and toppings end and there’s half an inch or more of breading before the crust.

To be honest I order Pizza Hut when I am hungry and just need something to chew on within 45 minutes. The pizzas are okay, not bad but not great, and I do love the boneless chicken wings. Like I said most of the time they get to me within 45 minutes and I get what I ordered. The delivery charge IS a little high and kind of cancels out their online deals.
They have yet to screw up my order like some other places I can name.
Addition – Still doing well. Just not happy with the online tip calculator they use on their website. IT uses the delivery fee in the total which will increase your tip greatly. So if you use their tip calculator be careful.
Update – Decided to order a large cheese pizza, a p’zone, and those Cinnabon@ Mini-Rolls.
The Large Cheese Pizza was good. The P’Zone….well, at least they have the decently to not call it a calzone – that would have been insulting to calzones and the city of Naples. I refused to even take a photo of it. And the Cinnabon@ Mini-Rolls look nothing like they are in the online menu. But they do taste good and do remind me a LITTLE of the real Cinnabon rolls. Also they reminded me a little of the breakfast rolls my Mom made when I was a kid. So it was nice to try sometimes different and yet, at the same time, something comforting. I would suggest the Mini-Rolls if you have kids who love sugar.
Update – ordered a Large Hawaiian Chicken and 8 Bone-Out chickens. Have to say I ordered it because I received a email deal from Pizza Hut so I didn’t pay full price. I ordered it at 3:28 PM and they said it would arrive at 3:55 PM. Yeah, even I was doubtful that ETA and I was right. In fact it arrived more around 4:30 PM. I wouldn’t be so upset about this but the Pizza Hut itself is pretty close and the bone-out chicken wings arrived cold and the pizza just barely warm to the touch. Between being late and the temperature I have to take at least another point away from their overall score. If I had paid FULL price…well, they would be at two Stars right now.
Update – ordered delivery via Grubhub. Have to tell the truth – just wanted to see how well it went. They had a free-delivery deal for Fridays in August so I ordered a medium cheese pizza. Not much else you could do – the Grubhub menu does not list deals and you can’t stack deals with Pizza Hut anyway. Also Pizza Hut was using its own driver for the tracking system does not work.
The driver early but demanded cash until I explained I had ordered the pizza via Grubhub and had used my credit card. You can’t select to use cash on Grubhub. The pizza itself was good and I have no complaint. But feel ordering directly from the Pizza Hut website is likely a better choice. Because of the number of choices when you order from them.

I bought a vegetarian pizza with extra cheese and cheese on the crust, plus ham and pepperoni. The pizza had more onion than anything else. The tomatoes tasted rotten, so I had to remove them. The cheese on the crust should only be on the inside, not almost halfway down the slice. I also noticed that the manager at the time was in a bad mood and treated the employees and customers poorly. I’m disappointed, and I think I’ll go elsewhere for my pizza from now on.
In addition no corn on the pizza.

I received my pizza bunched up and messy. I called to see why and was put on hold for over 10 minutes with no intent to take my call. I was so embarrassed to serve my guest. It looked like food I had played with and tried to piece together.

We out two 2 topping personal pan with the wings and drinks yesterday. Arrived at the restaurant and the employee only gives us the 3 ranch sauces only. Had to tell him that we’ll order pizza wings and drinks. Employee not paying attention. Pizza was dry burnt without hardly any cheese and tasted like someone had been smoking tobacco and didn’t wash their hands when they made the pizza. Had to ask employees could I get a bag and I bagged my own food. Watch the cameras. The wings barely had any sauce on them. This location use to be fine. I don’t know what’s going on now.

When you call this location it sends you to a call center. You then have to wait more than 5 minutes to be answered by the store. The pizzas are getting more expensive while getting significantly smaller.

I have never seen such a bad service and disgusting place in my life. The way they talk to customers is extremely rude. The employees should definitely be replaced immediately. The pizza tasted terrible. I really do not recommend it.
