I’ve visited this Little Caesars location in Ogden multiple times, and unfortunately the service continues to be sloppy and unprofessional. Orders are often incorrect or delayed, and staff don’t seem organized or attentive to customers waiting. Communication is lacking, and there’s little sense of urgency, even during slower periods. I understand it’s a fast-food pizza place, but basic professionalism and accuracy should still be expected. The food is what you’d expect from Little Caesars, but the service makes the experience frustrating enough that I’ll never return.

the food here is like all the locations. it’s cheaper pizza compared to other chains. but when matt and eiljah work. they always get my order right. always fresh. I order all my pizzas with light sauce. they never fail at making sure it’s done right. plus they always have some sort of rock or metal music playing in the background. that right there is awesome! without fail there’s always a good song playing from when I walk in to order to when I leave with my order

The employee closing December 22 took our order with extreme attitude and had a very rude reaction to us coming in 15 before close. He then slammed his fist on the table when another customer walked in. I understand he had to get things out again and make a new pizza, but it makes me wonder if he threw the last ones away before waste logs? Even if they were out of fresh ones naturally, that does not excuse him to then use no gloves when when assembling our pizza. Our pizza was made sloppy with VERY uneven sauce and crust distribution. After having one slice, we found a hair BAKED into the pizza. This is absolutely disgusting and I will no longer be going to any little Caesars location for the foreseeable future. Do NOT come here.

Unfortunately I showed up to this location no pizzas were hot and ready. I wait at the counter for 5minutes before I was greeted 3 people were working in the back I akawardly stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order. Then I was told 10-15 minutes and it took 25 plus minutes with no communication.

Ordered pizza “well done” and it’s literally doughy! Don’t bother going to a pizza place. Just get Digiorno. We called and they did refund us and that is why I am giving them an additional star but really for the food by itself would be negative. They really need to bake the pizzas longer.

I am sad to say I had a horrible experience the crew was rude . I felt discriminated against, also the food wasn’t fresh it was warm but stale .. I called and asked to have this made right and was hung up on . Please be aware of this store it’s rude crew and it’s food is horrible!

This is still the same pizza it has always been. Not great, but works for a fast inexpensive warm meal. However, recently I have seen the quality drop. The experience is not what it should be.
The last time I was there, the crazy bread was literally dripping with butter flavored oil and was still just warm dough and the cutting of the pizza was less than what should be based on the fact that they use a cutting guide.

We just picked up our Detroit deep dish pizza that looked like round pizza was shoved into the deep dish pan then undercooked it which left it soft and doughy. This is the worst pizza I have received from a little Caesars and I have traveled the continent.

Hot and ready? Nope. Not at this location. Take whatever the estimated wait time is they give you and expect to wait double that if you don’t order ahead. Worst service of any little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to! I waited 40 minutes for two pizzas with nowhere to sit and I watched order after order come in after mine and be filled ahead of mine. Employees were nice but nobody seems to have much concern about speeding up productivity or putting the hot and ready warmers to use. Overall I think clearly just lackluster management creates lackluster employee work ethic. Should have paid more and gone to Pizza Hut.

Gave this place more chances than they deserved. Usually slow service. Got excited when the app suggested the new stuffed crazy bread. Needless to say it was disappointing to pay $3.50 to only get three pieces.
