I live 1/2 mile from this place. 30 years at residence. Visit 4+ times a month.service this last year has been poor. Slow service at drive through. Today was the worst. Pulled up to drive through with nobody in line.got to window and was given my drink and told to pull to front and wait.15 minutes later they brought out my ultimate burger and 2 regular burgers. Once again asked for no tomatoes and still got tomatoes again. There was only 2 customers inside. 11 am drive through empty.guess it’s time to go to McDonald across the street. After all these years you forced me to your competition across the street

Every time, not most of the time , but every time I use the drive through it TAKES FORVER! I might as well go to a restaurant and have a relaxing lunch with a server. Today I waited 15+ minutes in line and the car ahead and behind me left before getting to the window. I guess I’ll be using the McDonalds on the other side of 13 Mile for lunch.

We just had an amazing Burger King experience. We had a family event today and the kids were all hungry, so I took everyone’s special orders, plain burger this, minus onion that. We placed a nearly $50 order during the dinner rush and everything modified came out quickly just how we ordered it. Give these folks a raise!

I was very disappointed the other day when I came to the drive thru & odered the advertised “Double Chesseburger Value Meal for $5 I saw on the digital menu screen & an ice cream cone (less than $2). The lady at the speaker told me my total was going to be $10. I asked how can it be $10 when the value meal says it’s $5. She said “oh, that promotion ended 2 days ago”. I said, “forget it. Cancel my order. I don’t appreciate false advertisement”. It’s not like they have to go out in the cold & manually change the sign. Either change the ad or honor the price displayed! This isn’t the first time this location has done something like this either. And another time they advertised a coupon booklet for $2 that the rang up on my order but had no idea where the coupon booklets were. The manager didn’t even know it was on the drive thru screen. I litterally waited 10 whole minutes for they to refund me $2 out of the cash drawer. Employees should know what deals are going on & where things are. When I would come here in the summer, half the time the Cocacola Freestyle machine was out of 30% of the selections. They need to get it together at this location

Foods fine, but to wait literally 20 minutes for an 8 piece nugget and then to have our food brought to us cold and looking like this? I didnt ask for extra mayo. Someone needs to redo this bk entirely. I would have asked them to remake my food but I feel like this is the spot where they’d spit in my food. There’s a bk on 11 and hoover, take the extra 3 miles and go there.

Not one of my usual haunts but it sounded good today: quick & cheap.
Odd that there is a kiosk to order at the counter but if it helps with service h staffing, go for it.
The reason for my review:
While waiting on my order, a customer from the drive-thru came in because of a discrepancy (wouldn’t have had that with the kiosk). The person behind the counter was super polite, confirmed twice how the burger was supposed to be made, and went right over to get it started.
The customer had specified “straight from the broiler”. He told her that would be ready in just 2.5 minutes because of the broiler request. She expressed concern about having “to wait that long” and the condition of the rest of the existing food. He offered to place it under the warmer lights or complete the order with already made meat to reduce the time, her choice. And he remained polite & professional the entire time. Above and beyond typical customer service! She continually muttered complaints that he, fortunately, never had to hear. They were undeserved. Well done!

I enjoyed this Burger King a lot, it was a special experience. Monica the cashier was immensely kind and I never have felt so welcomed at a Burger King before! Great food and not super expensive I had a fun time with my friends.

This place served me raw chicken. When I took it back up there the manager asked if she could remake it for me who wants to eat at a place that served raw meat! I was disgusted the whole day and all she could offer me is a remake!

We ordered via Door Dash today for my disabled father and his onion rings and fries came but the Whopper we ordered for him was not in the bag even though we paid for it. My elderly father called the manager, understandably irate, and was told that the Door Dash driver must have stolen the sandwich out of the bag, even though it was clear that the sticker that sealed the bag shut was not tampered with. There was no offer to make things right or a coupon or anything of the sort. We will not be going to Burger King any longer if this is the way we’re going to be treated. I would like something done to address this as we have been patrons of that Burger King for years.
