No one welcomes you nor smiles at you, so if you do not like people interactions, this is the place for you.
The food was okay, even with there being many employees working, they still ask you to use the kiosk to place an order, even if you don’t want to.

I ordered the steak burrito and it came with more cheese than meat.
The place is kept nicely clean, this is the best maintained (meaning clean) Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The service and the way they make certain items needs improvement.

Decided to get some Taco Bell on my way home to woodruff (we need a Taco Bell here! lol). It was very busy, as any new place in the area would be. There was maybe 3/4 people working. The staff and service was AMAZING. There were people in there complaining about the wait but I feel like the wait for my food wasn’t bad. Of course any new place is going to be busy but the staff were so nice even to the ones complaining. This location is a high traffic area anyways. Food is fresh and amazing. Service was amazing and the staff were great. No complaints from me at all.

Was so excited to finally have a Taco Bell closer than the one on the west side. Well that quickly changed.. staff was quick and friendly. Food on the other hand? All tasted like it was stale and from last night.

My 5 star review goes out to our drive-thru cashier: “Kindall B”. She was very professional and polite. The drive thru was a bit busy but she did not hesitate in allowing us to know she was busy and kindly asked for a quick second before taking our order. At the window was the same professionalism. Will definitely be back in hopes of getting Kindall at the window. Her great mood was infectious. Loved the service she provided.

Sorry service, 1 hour and 5 minutes for cold food. We could have went to the grocery store, cooked the meal, and would have been MUCH BETTER. WERE LOCAL AND THIS ISNT GOING TO BE GOOD FOR BUSINESS. Corporate this is bad business practice for a startup in a place that word of mouth travels so fast. Fire the whole staff.

It was great and fast the first couple days. Now it takes 45 minutes to get your food just like every other Taco Bell around here. Such a disappointment. I’ve had my food come way faster at table service restaurants. You’d think this place is making a 6 course meal with how long it takes them.
