Honestly, I haven’t seen a place go downhill as much as this since covid. Here’s what I mean. There was a young lady that worked here that managed the front cash register and got food in and out now that she’s gone or no longer works the night shift this has been perhaps the worst service that I’ve experienced since covid era. Fast food service. I placed an order 30 minutes ago. Came in to pick up my order and they tell me that I have 3 to 10 minutes remaining on my order. This isn’t fine dining. This is chicken wings and turkey burgers. Definitely has gone downhill. Not worth the $40 to $50 that you’ll pay for your meal. Find somewhere else to go or better yet go to a casual dining restaurant like out back or longhorn if you’re going to spend that kind of money in my opinion. Terrible service. Terrible experience.

Before I place my order from any where I look at the scores, and if they are not visible, I will not eat there! This location not only has their scores visible, but they were all 100s!!!!

Unfortunately for this location, the staff ia not educated on how to use their cash register. A guy, who stated that he was away for 1 month, did not know how to ring up a simple Cauliflower wing order. That wasn’t the issue, the issue is that he gave me a bad attitude for his lack of knowledge about how to ring up an order.
I have aupporti g WNB for at least 2 years now. The food ia good but this location is a poor example of service. Choose another location and you should be fine.

First time visiting this location and it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely visit again. The food was as good as I remember, and it was promptly made and expedited to us. They had music layers kg on one TV, and cartoons on the other, which is very appreciated for my kid. Overall a great location to visit and would definitely recommend amd come back myself!

Just placed and picked up my order & boy oh boy!!! These wings are too dry and way too small…look like they killed the baby chicks for these wings. The fried rice is a good portion so I’ll give them but these wings aren’t worth the price!

Ordered from Door Dash. Attached is a picture of what apparently is a $7 “large” order of onion rings. I literally paid a dollar an onion ring, an absolute ripoff. I understand door dash has price markups but this is absurd. Oh, and they were terrible. They are 100% dough. I would have enjoyed eating the actual 7 dollars more than eating these.
My wife and I ordered wings, they were all heat and literally zero flavor.
Lastly, the menu specified a burger with NO cheese, my daughter hates cheese on burgers so we ordered that. Naturally it some how came with cheese.
There are plenty of wing places in Snellville, almost every one of them has been a better experience then this. Spend your money somewhere else.

Excellent love the Philly Steak & Onions, they give you a lot of fries with your order. Also on another note. If you like Chicken Wings Fried Hard. This is your place to visit. I believe I found my favorite Fast Food

They filled my burger up with lettuce and the lettuce in the picture isn’t including the lettuce that’s still on the burger I paid for small onion rings they gave me onion rings that taste like they’re out of a pack from Walmart when you bite into it it’s literally not even an onion in the middle is some type of gooey substance any other location they give you real onion rings not this fake bs
