I went through the drive through and thought I got everything but then got home just to realize they had forgotten a whole tray! I drove back to get my tray that I payed for and Jaz was so so kind and helpful and made sure I got warm food and apologized for the inconvenience. She is so kind and I was so appreciative of her! The noodles tasted and smelled like cigarettes. Said something to an employee and they just said they have been having problems with the wok. Asked if wanted rice but we don’t care for rice so declined. Wasn’t offered a refund. Needless to say will never return to this store.

Not gonna lie usually don’t have very friendly service here. But today Jaz & not sure of the other sweet ladies name she was older & short. On 8/19 around 3:30. Working the drive through Soooo friendly!!! Jaz knows how to upsell. She got me to try the pomegranate pineapple lemonade. Absolutely delicious. Then the other lady made sure I liked it. They made sure I had sauce I wanted all with a smile. Thank you girls

My daughter and I stopped in for a couple of bowls. We dined in, and they took great care of us. It wasn’t over crowded, they had plenty of everything. The lobby was nice and clean. The restrooms were clean. The service was friendly and professional. The food was fresh and delicious. They’re going a great job over there.

I would come here for the orange chicken and grilled teriyaki plate w/ brown rice. They only gave me brown rice and orange chicken but I can’t tell what they gave me for the other meat. It looks like it was chewed up and spat back out. It’s disgusting. I tried calling the number for the Panda Express number to inquire about a refund but no one answered. They just lost me as a customer. Not that it matters to them anyways.
