It was our first time coming here and I have to say it was excellent! From the moment we walked in we felt at home and well taken care of. When the food came out it was phenomenal. Not only the flavor and quality of food but also the presentation. The fact that it’s a byob is also a plus! We will definitely be back !

Fusion has a large menu, they show specials on a iPad. The costs are in-line with other resturants and there is a fee for using a credit card which is standard in NJ. The restaurant can handle groups of 50 comfortably. Any dish you choose will be good and they vary based on your preference. We were served by Jianna excellently, she catered to all are needs with a smile and warm greeting.

It’s been a while since we stopped in, but we’re glad we came back.
The Calamari special appetizer was excellent.
The Branzino with mashed potatoes and broccoli rabe with a lemon caper sauce was good enough and a portion big enough for a nice lunch the next day.
I opted for the Seared Ahi with a coucous cold slaw that was done perfectly and very tasty.
Still a BYO, Fusion is back on our ‘favorites’ list.

Delicious food and pleasant atmosphere. I really enjoyed the appetizers and main entree, it was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I’m looking forward to returning soon.

I really love this place but this Mother’s Day I wasn’t very happy. The service took extremely long and the noise level was through the roof. It was actually very uncomfortable it was so loud. The skirt steak seemed more like a flank steak. Not tender at all but very very tough. I just wasn’t as excited as previous times. Still excellent food. Also the prices were very very steep.
