Please do NOT visit this store whatsoever. The food is definitely not authentic nor is it freshly cooked. They are all premade packaged food and nothing looks like what they are on the menu, as the waiter even said so himself. One of the lamb dishes we got was 97% onion and 3% lamb. We asked them to switch for a different dish, which was the braised pork with chestnut. EXCEPT THERE WAS NO CHESTNUT WHATSOEVER. The spicy and sour soup was extremely gamey for some reason. It is a waste of money and tastes even worse than meals we can make at home. STAY AWAY.

SC House always heals my soul and I’m so grateful of its presence. All the dishes are very authentic and delicious, and my favorite has to be the scrambled eggs with shrimp! It’s a perfect place to come with friends to celebrate or just to catch up. The staffs are very friendly and efficient, and the environment is very nice and clean. The only downside is the price! Everything on the menu is quite expensive, so SC House can only be a treat, not an everyday kind of thing. But, it will always have a special place in my heart and I will be taking many visits in the future for sure.

I had a great experience at this little restaurant. The food was delicious and very authentic. Their lunch specials are an amazing deal — you get a main dish, soup, and rice, all at a very affordable price. I went around noon and the place was packed, so I waited about 30 minutes for a table. There were also many students picking up takeout, which shows how popular it is. Overall, I was very satisfied and will definitely come back next time.

I keep coming back for their spicy Sichuan peppercorn chicken and lamb, which are full of flavor and have the perfect kick. I also absolutely love their spicy crispy shrimp so crunchy and delicious! If you enjoy authentic Sichuan flavors, this place is a must-visit.

I love this place! While looking for a good lunch spot in Princeton, this spot came into our radar. I loved everything spicy they had and their scallion pancakes and crispy spicy chicken were AMAZING!!!! I loved all of the food we ordered. While the service was definitely not great by any means, I would totally come back for the food.

Nice location and interior deco, specialized in Chinese Sichuan food. The dishes were fine. However, the older waiter was a sort of rude, throwing dishes on our table for no apparent reason. It doesn’t serve alcohol.

Came to New Jersey for a week and half vacation. Excited to find Chinese food around the area. Went for lunch with family, so disappointed. Wasted my time and money. The worst meal I have so far in NJ. Expensive for such quality and service. Service=no service, very awkward. Food taste bad. I’m Chinese, these taste worst than what I cook at home. Fish is frozen fish. The soup and the fish is not hot when arrived our table. Some slices of the frozen fish is still a bit cold. The soup is super salty (some sour). Nothing like the picture (in picture is live fish sliced not frozen fish filets). The frog pot is even worst. All I eat is flour, oil and bones, and is overcooked. The pancake, definitely fried in oil, but pan fried. Crunchy but oily inside out. Only dish finished is wonton in chili oil. It’s okay, eatable. In total spend 70something for 4dishes before tip. I rather spend $5 for McDonald meal. Will never come again.

I’m not Chinese, so I can’t say how authentic this is – but it clearly has a different flavor than your average American Chinese place.

The food comes out very quickly, even when the restaurant is bustling. Prices are about what I’d expect from a Princeton restaurant, and portions are large. My biggest complaint is cramped space and small water cups.

A place must recommended to try authentic Asian cuisine.

We ordered chicken, Pork intestine , Jelly fish and all were very nice. The quantity was also good and worth the price. Best part they served us with their new receipe of home style chicken which was so overwhelming in taste and the way their customer service was.

Last and the best the desert, buns with condensed milk. Omg ! So amazing. I liked the fried buns more.

We come here almost once a week ever since we moved to Princeton. From my baby was 5 months old to now 13 months and can also eat some of their dishes (the egg seaweed soup). We always order the sechuan fried chicken and some vegetables. The food is good and yes, the price is quite expensive but what is not expensive in Princeton! The other day we went to PJ pancake and just a 3 freakin layers of pancake for $19.9 with some banana, strawberry and nutella on top

Anyway, back to SC house. We never have any bad experience with their service. The food always served quite fast. Overall, I recommend this place
