Always a disappointment! Either 2″ crust & or giant bubbles in dough so multiple slices have no toppings but ALWAYS light on cheese! Even with Xtra! This is a large pizza? How many dough bubbles? 8, 10? What’s charred, unidentifiable & inedible? Did it touch the top of oven taking it out? Missing 1/2 the slice besides char. The crust is over 1″ then 1″ of a ton of sauce with cheez flecks! The rest, dough bubbles! how many inches of topped pizza does it even have? Old over proofed dough. Gross & a rip off! Went in the trash! This was last month sorry I wasn’t timely with review!

Ordered carryout. Pep and bacon. Got there and they were remaking our pizza. Dough issue. Not a problem. They gave us a half pep and half bacon instead of pep and bacon.

If I could give this place a negative I would night manager is so disrespectful got home with our pizza and all the cheese was completely off of it called her she continue to argue with me telling me she seen the pizza and it was my fault then told me not to talk to her until I had some sense called another Papa John’s, and they were willing to remake me. My pizza got home started eating and realized there is a long-haired baked in our other pizza. Just flushed $50 down the drain not worth your time or your money here.

Im extremely disappointed with what I received. I order a large but got mediums in size. And apparently thin crust doesn’t come cut in squares like it uses to always or its seasonings. Then when I try to talk im on the phone for 8 minutes and no one answers. As I previous employee I know the standard and am extremely upset.

The associate told my daughter the pizza would be ready at 9:10pm. When we arrived the said. “Well we’ve been really busy we just put it in the oven. I’m literally on the parking lot. We just got home and the pizza was under cooked.

Curbside pickup was not ready when it was supposed to be. We had to wait half an hour past what we scheduled, and it’s cold outside. Then the pizzas looked too small for larges, and the toppings didn’t reach anywhere near the edge of the pizza. I measured the pizza (while my husband laughed at me) to make sure it wasn’t just us thinking they looked small. They were 13″ diameter and larges are supposed to be 14″ diameter at Papa John’s. The toppings were more than 2″ from the edge of the crust in some places. I could do the math about how much topped pizza that gave us compared to how much we should have had, but my husband would laugh at me more. I wouldn’t have complained about one of those things, but all three combined… they are just not doing well. Our 11″ of topped pizza tasted good though.

Food came out great, service was terrible. Call center is worse. No way to report to company the rude and unprofessional behavior, you’re just out of luck.

I called to place an order for carry out and had a hard time understanding the gentleman I was talking to due to his strong accent. He told me about a special so I placed my order. He gave me the total and I thought it sounded higher than it should, but I figured I would clarify it once I got to the store. The manager was no help at all. He gave me a different price for the pizzas than I was told by the gentleman on the phone. He said the only thing he could do was cancel the order and there weren’t any specials he could offer me. I needed the pizzas because I had a group of kids waiting at home for them. The pizzas themselves weren’t even good. They were very bland. Nothing like the Papa John’s flavor that I used to love.

Pizza wasnt very good. Got those cinnamon pull aparts and they looked 3 days old and tasted like it too. We both had about 2 or 3 pieces then threw away. Will post picture. Heading back to imos.
