This place is very unique, fun, and interactive. Similar to some Korean bbq style places, here, you get a base of soup, and then you order your meat from the server. While they are getting your meats, you walk over to the toppings bar and serve yourself your own toppings and dipping sauces. Everything is unlimited so you can order as much mean, toppings, and drinks as you want.

It’s also BYOB so if you’re in the mood for beer, wine, alcohol, you can walk over to Foodland and pick up some drinks and bring them right over.

The cooking portion of this experience is the most fun part because you can cook your meat how you want and only cook what you want. It’s great for families with kids as well. They get to cook their own food.

First time going to this location, and really enjoyed our servers. While the wagyu was a solid addition, the lamb and pork belly were my absolute favorites. The vegetables were fresh and well-stocked, and the chicken gyoza was a surprisingly tasty find in the self-serve area. Although I don’t eat seafood, I was told the snow crabs were salty, but when mixed with the original broth, it was “oh so good”. I would definitely come back to this location.

This was my first time visiting. This place is amazing and has super friendly staff. They are a buffet place and have plenty of options available from vegetables, meat and seafood. They have different prices for differ and lunch and for kids and adults. The lunch price is until 3pm but as long as you get there before this time, you can sit as long as you want and can keep ordering as well. You make the food your self in a hot soup pot on the table you are sitting. You also get the sauce you want by mixing different sauces you want. They even offer unlimited soda for $1 only which is fantastic. Totally recommended restaurant, especially if you want buffet seafood.

Had a great 1st time here with the family and will definitely be going back to this location. Will update with pictures next round!

Okay Okay. I’ll update with pictures of round 3! We absolutely love this place and everyone who works there!

Round 4… Went back today and had the spicy broth hot pot—still just as amazing! The all-you-can-eat selection is top-notch, with a wide variety to choose from, and I love that they offer thoughtful recommendations for first-timers. Service was quick and super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. They were also handing out their new mango drink during my visit—a refreshing and tasty surprise! The atmosphere was calm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed, kid-friendly family dinner without feeling rushed. 10/10, definitely recommend for your next outing!

Had an amazing dinner at Hawaii Pot Shabu House! The broth was rich and flavorful, the meat slices were tender and high-quality, and the vegetable platter was fresh and abundant. Great value for the variety and quality offered.

A special shout-out to our server, Iven! He was incredibly attentive, patient, and friendly. He gave helpful recommendations, kept our broth refilled, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His genuine warmth and professionalism truly elevated our dining experience.

If you’re craving delicious shabu shabu served with true Aloha spirit, this is the place—especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Iven! We’ll definitely be back.

Fun little hot pot place! You can all share one soup, or everyone in your group can have their own pot. (The Original soup was our favorite.) The lamb and the pork belly were my favorite meats, and the buffet was fresh and tasty. Pick a soup, and a meat, then head to the cooler to grab as many little wrapped dishes of protein and veg as you want.

A Friday night favorite. Attentive staff. Meals are All You Can Eat with fresh veggies and meat selections. Large selection of accoutrements in the refrigerators. Overall, a fun with friends to sit and converse in a somewhat lively environment.

I don’t ever write reviews, but this place is awesome. Just don’t come during rush hour, which I’m sure is from 6-8pm.

We came at 4pm, and it was empty, but as soon as we sat down, more people started showing up.

By the time we left around 5ish, it was pretty busy already.

Great service when no one is there, super attentive.

Food was real great too, ordered kimchee broth and they gave us a split it since two different people were going to use the same broth. That was awesome.

It’s all you can eat, so come hungry.

Food was really good, they keep the buffet veggies well stocked. They have their own sauce bar, where you can make your own sauces, while providing the normal ones, while giving you the option of using their special made sauces with a menu of sauces on the wall above. (Didn’t get a pic of that)…

They bring the meats straight to your table, and I’ve never seen chicken sliced so thin, but it was awesome, easy to cook, and easy to eat.

the burners are electric so you don’t run out of gas mid way cooking, they offer single serving soup or a pot.

We don’t live in Kapolei, but this place is definitely worth the drive.
