The experience at this Indian restaurant was outstanding from start to finish. We started with the samosas, which were crisp on the outside and filled with a flavorful potato mixture. The seasoning was perfect.

For mains, the chicken masala was the standout dish. We requested it spicy, and it delivered with bold, aromatic flavors layered perfectly in a rich, well-balanced sauce. The coconut chicken curry offered a contrasting profile, creamy, slightly sweet from the coconut, yet still packed with spices that elevated the dish. Both were served with generous portions of tender chicken that absorbed the sauces beautifully.

The garlic and cheese naan was soft, warm, and indulgent. It paired perfectly with both curries, ideal for scooping up every drop of sauce. The naan’s slight smokiness from the tandoor complemented the garlicky richness and mild cheese filling, making it a dish worth ordering on its own.

To accompany the meal, we had a crisp white wine and refreshing San Pellegrino sparkling water, both of which balanced the spices well and added to the overall dining experience.

Service was attentive yet unobtrusive, with dishes arriving promptly and at the right temperature. The ambiance was warm and inviting, fitting for both casual dinners and special evenings.

Overall, the combination of authentic flavors, thoughtful presentation, and excellent service made this restaurant a memorable choice. Highly recommended for anyone seeking flavorful Indian cuisine with consistent quality

We had an excellent experience at lunch. Our daughter was craving for some Indian food. Oh! Naan Indian Kitchen was the right answer. They were able to adjust the spice level to suit each of us. We ordered typical North Indian dishes, butter chicken, malai kofta with naan and parathas and a South Indian dish – Chettinad chicken. Each dish was carefully prepared and tasted delicious. The service and ambience were amazing too. Loved the painting/prints that decorated the walls. They had a pretty good bar menu as well (we just got mango lassi).

On the whole it was a fantastic experience and would certainly recommend this restaurant if you are in a mood for Indian food in DC.

Oh Naan is a solid place for some nice, comforting Indian food

We ordered the Paneer Shaslik appetizer, paneer Makhani, Daal Makhani and a couple of breads. The bhootiya chilli naan was a let down as it barely had any chillies on it to make spicy, but the paneer mirchi naan was pretty nice

Paneer Makhani was nice and it’s an option for the Jains. The daal was pretty good too

Overall a very well rounded option

Beautifully done interiors. They really used the space in this place nicely. Went here on a Sunday for HH and ended up ordering food at the bar. Drinks were decent, I liked the old fashioned more than the margarita, as it was a little too sweet for my liking. We also ordered the Desi style chai martini although it really wasn’t our favorite thing. We started off with some palak chaat, samosa chaat, paneer shashlik and stuffed paneer bread. I really enjoyed the paneer shashlik & samosa chaat very much. We also ordered a paneer entree dish with tomato gravy (I didn’t take a picture of it), that was good too. Overall, had a good time.

It’s been a while since I’ve had time to do a review but I absolutely had to after visiting this place tonight! We were originally supposed to go to another restaurant but for the sake of convenience we tried this spot on a whim, and I’m sooooo happy we did! This is hands down the most slept on Indian restaurant in DC. I usually order the chicken tikka masala but ordered the coconut curry chicken (medium heat) because I hardly see it on the menu anywhere in DC. My partner ordered the lamb vindaloo. Both dishes were AMAZING…no exaggeration. The chicken was very tender and flavorful. And the garlic naan was also a big hit for both of us. I ordered the chai martini and will be spinning the block for this drink again.

The ambiance was cozy with holiday themed decorations but not gaudy. I can tell that this is a great spot for a cold winter’s night when you need a hug in meal form, exactly what we got tonight.

Overall, great customer service and attentive staff that made great recommendations. We even met the chef tonight and made sure to give him kudos for our delicious meals. This place really blessed my spirit and stomach. Happy I could support a small, local DC business.

P.S. You know a restaurant is excellent when you see a ton of delivery drivers in and out picking up orders. I definitely made sure to see if this place delivers to my home address because it’s going to be added to my rotation.

My friend and I visited this restaurant because we wanted to try Indian food, and it immediately caught our attention. I have to say, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was exceptional. They even adjusted the spiciness to our preference, which made our dishes perfect.

The drinks were fantastic, the dessert was delicious, and the entire team was incredibly sweet and kind. They checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. We loved it so much that we ended up going twice in the same week!

Oh Naan is an Indian cusine restaurant with trendy atmosphere. You can park on the street with hourly parking and they also have few spots outdoor to sit if the weather is nice. We made a reservation for 4 via Google maps app, and they called up in few minutes after to confirm the reservation as they close the restaurant for lunch service at 2:30. We ordered appetizers and food and service was fast, food was fresh and tasted good, while I was there i even overheard few customers complimenting the preparations so overall a good experience.

Got into DC in late evening for conference the next day and didn’t feel like going out. So I got this place. I got the Chicken Chettinand and the spinach chaat. It was excellent! The only small thing was that they didn’t pack utensils so I had to go to the hotel restaurant to get some. Still, it was great
