horrible experience. Just stopped in for a grab and go for a quick lunch. looked at the menu for about a second told him I wanted a number five and before I can even speak any more words, they were shoving the sandwich in my face. I was not able to see if I wanted any extras any add-ons nothing they wrapped it up so quick
wanted me out of there clearly could not have cared less if they had a customer in the building or not extremely rude.
And the sandwich was a complete disaster I ordered an unwich which only had half wrapped lettuce. I was unable to eat without using a fork and a knife, pathetic. I typically love Jimmy John’s, but I will never be back to this location

Asked for extra lettuce and tomato – needless to say I didn’t get it. On top of the fact that the bottom of the sub was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. Why would a restaurant serve this and give the excuse that that’s all the bread they have? The irony of looking forward to something and getting a big disappointment!

I’m a regular who would come here every day. I hadn’t been in a couple of weeks. Apparently something happened and all their staff quit. Today it took them 20 minutes to make a chicken Caesar wrap with like 6 people standing around, only one other customer.
The previous crew would make my sandwich so fast they’d hand it to me before I was rung out.
When I left the wrap was really small which was concerning, like half the size. When I opened it there was no chicken. I went back and got a refund.
Clearly the person in charge doesn’t take care of his employees. Won’t be back

I’ve been a long time visitor here, I have not had any bad experiences.
They now have hot sandwiches which is nice touch.
Tried one of the new hot roast beef ones however, unfortunately I was not aware / did not see that it had horseradish in the sandwich ingredients & I cannot stand that topping/condiment.
I called the store & mentioned the issue, I was willing to pay for another sandwich & they gave me another sandwich at no charge & really took care of me & my customer experience & satisfaction!
I am very appreciative of this kind gesture, fantastic customer service / support & will definitely be back again!
I believe leading with respect, kindness & being humble will take you far whether that’s resolving small issues or in life. Lead with honey & you’ll go far.
This goes out to all the people dragging these fine young folk in the reviews, please remember they are learning & growing & regardless of age or occupation (like many of us) play a valuable role in society!
Many of us, even those of mature or senior age. We all have learning & growth to do. Let’s do it with respect & love & empathy.

Came in here with my wife at 12p on Sunday. 2 younger guys making sandwiches and a lady running the register.
They were absolutely crushing orders. I had my food in hand before I finished paying. There must have been 30 to 40 people running through the place before we finished eating.
Kudos to those folks, they were not screwing around. Hopefully their hard work does not go unnoticed.

came into restaurant to pickup delivery order. waited off to the side by pickup, not in the way of customers order. 3 customers walked in and girl at register looked at me but didn’t ask if need help. But took the customers orders. 4th customer came in and asked me if a was in line to order. I said no, but in a clear voice said I’m just waited to be helped to pick up an order. another girl that was on the phone earlier got off the phone and asked what is the name on the order. I gave the name and she rudely told me “You got to wait!” not ‘be just a moment, or sorry for the delay’. Meanwhile I sure this order was ahead of those others, because it took 5mins to drive to restaurant. had to post this because normally pickup at this location is fast and friendly.

Mikey is an incredibly hard worker! I came in on a Sunday afternoon. He was the only one working with a line out the door. He totally crushed the line, online orders, and incoming calls all at once. The work ethic and professionalism he showed was remarkable. He was not flustered, was patient, and was so great to talk to. He multi-tasked like a boss. I would hire him! Great Job!

Worst sandwich I’ve ever had, was all lettuce with ingredients missing. When I submitted a complaint, it was handled very poorly. Definitely lost a loyal customer and gained a lifetime of a bad reputation from me.
