As I am huge fan of pf chang, just so happy it is finally in my neighborhood. Disappointed that they don’t have my favorite dish, shrimp w/ lobster sauce.
They just opened yesterday but pretty well run and friendly. Love the decor as well. Will be a frequent customer here.

The second I walked in I felt my heart soften and my nerves relaxed, I layed my eyes on the most beautiful, majestic man of my life. He said his name was Caleb Hernandez, what a magical name for such a magical restaurant. Immediately felt like I was in china, but also in heaven when I not only heard, but felt his nice soft words when they entered my ears. Please give this man a raise for his amazing skills of cooking and greeting customers as they enter this god given place. We now own 3 kids and have a nice late night talk about each other every night while we drink the rich sweet wine he buys me because of his kindness and sweetness. Here is a picture of him after a shift of working hard, and of us having a great late night talk together.

This is the best restaurant I have ever visited! The food is amazing! I thought for a chain restaurant it would be bland but there are a lot of great options and the ambience is pretty well controlled and amazing. Great for dates or celebrations!

Dorothy at the flower mound branch is absolutely amazing half of my family and I have celiac disease and I was just notified that corporate has decided to take away the gluten-free menu. I understand it’s about $$$ but no we cannot enjoy the food we once could. Dorothy was able to try to accommodate me so that we could enjoy some of our favorite food. I think that corporate is making a huge mistake and I would love for the gluten-free menu to return. Thank you, Dorothy for the fantastic service!

Whoever is in charge of the kitchen, your staff is not running the recipes to spec. There is a huge variation from the restaurant to the Togo which there shouldn’t be. As an owner I want to make you aware that the food is not up to par and steps are being missed in the execution of the food. The first time that I ordered the food was excellent. The last three times it was dog food. For example, there is so much white pepper on the fried rice that it taste like what a zoo smells like. I will order again in a month and hope to amend my Review to a five star if some corrections are made.

We placed an order at 6:00 for delivery at 8:00 and at 8:15 called because we had not received a $100 order. They said door dash had not picked up the order. We did not use door dash. That was their choice. We called back at 8:40 because we had still not received our order. They suggested we come pick it up because they do not have delivery people on Mondays and Tuesdays. They said the food had been ready since 8 but door dash had not picked it up so we had to cancel the order. However to follow up the manager called and made this entire situation positive. Tonight he brought our entire order to the house free of charge. It was incredible. The lettuce wraps, chicken lo mein, Mongolian beef and chocolate cake were delicious. We are so thankful for their kindness and excellent food. It was a splendid surprise and we thank them so much!

Friendly service. We ordered from their soft opening. The honey chicken was gummy. Sesame beef didn’t have much flavor. I’d say they need to fine tune their cooking. Hopefully it will improve. For the price, there are other Asian options that are better.
