I love this jack in the box.I had lived in ellingsburg for many years. And visited this jack in the box quite frequently and still visit it every time I pass through.. their restaurant is super clean. Their customer service is above average.. a century located right in the heart of Ellingsburg and walking distance from the college campus. And their food is good quality.. my all time, go to it, jack.In the box is the sourdough jack, with curly fries and a sprite, and their ranch dip is so good.. And I also love the junior bacon cheeseburger and minnie churros.

I’ve noticed they are out of lettuce alot and don’t tell you so you order tacos and bite in and what is supposed to be there isnt … This has happened more then once. Also I have to go back and ask them to put extra of whatever Ive paid extra for because they dont put any extra (cheese) on what I’ve ordered so it’s just awkward ♀️ everyone for the most part is super chill though so I appreciate that

We were heading West and stopped for a quick bite and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful service. The gentleman behind the counter connected well and seemed to like being here. BONUS- The food was hot and the bathrooms very clean. Easy place to stop at while traveling through town.

The night manager, Glen, is quite literally one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met in my entire life. It’s been an incredibly rough few days and, through his genuine kindness (not just good customer service) and good energy, he brightened my whole night. Yuck. We used to love Jack in the Box but recently the food has been horrible. The Fish Sandwich is gross. It’s a small square frozen fish “stick” that tastes horrible.
In all the years I’ve been going to Jack in the Box all over WA State and order “curly fries”… I rarely get actual curly fries. For some reason I always get ends and fries that don’t have any actual curl to them. On the rare occasion there is a curly fry in my order it’s a death match between my wife and kids as to who gets it. It… as in a single curly fry. 🙁
Why are they charging $0.25 per sauce when they should be giving the sauces away to mask the horrible taste of their food?

This is truly one of the worst Jack in your Boxes of all time. The employees are friendly and nice but everything else is bad. I ate here last Saturday and to start off they do not accept cash for payment, second most of the drinks in the drink dispenser were unavailable such as diet Coke, third, all the tables were real dirty, fourth there was some strange material dripping or falling from the ceiling. The good news is that i did not get sick from eating there.

I placed a mobile order and when I pulled up to the window the lady was so incredibly rude. I had said I was picking up a mobile order and she yelled “what?” like she was annoyed already. When I repeated it and said the name for the order she says “Um I don’t even see that here”. At this point I felt like I was bothering them for just being here, so I was prepared to just go home. She ended up finding it right after and when she handed it to me she told me “uh it’s been here for awhile so it’s probably cold”. Should’ve gone to McDonald’s or something lol

I have had at least 2 bad experiences going to this location, but this is my first time leaving a review.
On one instance I waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru and was asked for my order at the speaker box as usual, but then was cut off mid ordering when the drive thru person said “hold on I’ll be back in a few minutes.” So I wait about five minutes just to be told that the place was closing early due to short staffing. So I had to wait an additional fifteen minutes without getting to order food because I was stuck in the line and there were about 3 cars ahead of me. I was LIVID.
I have gotten bad fries from this place as well, but I can’t believe what happened today. I ordered a side salad and opened up the container to see soggy, runny, brown lettuce. I am disgusted that no one checked to see if that salad was fresh.
