DELICIOUS FOOD • GREAT ATMOSPHERE
Let’s start off by saying my boyfriend and I DoorDashed from T’quilas for the first time a few weeks back and were so impressed! We have gotten takeout a couple of times since then. Food is always amazing! The portions are always way more than enough for us.
Tonight we went in to dine for the first time and had a great experience. The restaurant is very clean(which is a big deal for me when dining in a restaurant). Loved the cute atmosphere-We didn’t realize they were going to be having live music which was a great plus and we enjoyed!
The steak street tacos are so delicious and the steak has always been very tender. My boyfriend is a HUGE fan of their quesabirria tacos… literally can’t stop talking about them! All of the staff were so friendly and pleasant. We were so full from the amazing food that we did have to take our sopapillas to-go. Which are so good too. Needless to say I think we found our new local spot!

We went for lunch yesterday and it was absolutely delicious. Had queso fundido, steak fajitas and carne asada. Had so much it made 2 meals. Can’t wait to go back. Waiter was extremely attentive and kind.

Trying out T’quilas for dinner. We were seated right away no wait on a Friday night. There was live music on the patio and the food was great! I ordered the fiesta nachos comes with Grilled chicken, Steak, and Shrimp. It was so good will definitely be going again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ill start by saying, I am a very harsh Mexican food critic. From the moment I walked in the door I was impressed. Musics volume was just right and the atmosphere was welcoming. Jacky our server was beyond great. Gave us the perfect amount of time between table visits and you could tell she takes pride in her craft. As for the food the black bean dip was so good I got some to go, and that never happened before. Fundido was so authentically prepared and paired perfect with the fresh Pico (which I usually hate). Happy plate trio topped it all off with fresh homemade ingredients you can taste. Overall 10/10. 0 complaints.

HUGE cockroach. Manager said they are all over outside and nothing can be done. An exterminator could be called??? Everything overpriced.
The place was empty on a Sunday night. They made me a gorgeous margarita (not the flavor I requested, though). I ordered appetizers and sat to work for a while. A 3in cockroach was crawling under my barstool, so I quietly flagged the bartender over and let him know. He went to retrieve a manager, crushed it, swept up the body, did not mop up the guts. I tried to be understanding bc they have huge bay doors (which were all closed). Manager said they come in for the heat but they are all over the place on the patio. Ew. Bf and I decided to get our meals elsewhere once he arrived. The did not offer a discount for this dinner and a show. My one house margarita, sm queso, and sm guacamole was $32+. Tipped the bartender $5 for poor service bc he said he had been there for twelve hours.
The decor is amazing, the drinks are pretty, but if the manager even says they can’t keep roaches out, IT’S NOT WORTH IT!!!

Greeted immediately upon entering and sat expeditiously. The vibe is modern with nice decor.
The waitstaff was professional and efficient.
The restroom was extremely clean and smelled great.
Food
The complimentary black bean dip was delicious with the chips and salsa: great unique touch.
The food was prepared expertly: well-seasoned and fresh. Its take on tortilla soup was interesting. It came out white. I was suspicious initially, but it was yummy. The beef quesadilla had an abundance of seasoned meat and cheese with perfect grill crisp on the outside.
My boyfriend enjoyed the shrimp enchiladas as well. It was his first time trying enchiladas. I did notice they came with a white sauce instead of the usual reddish sauce.
Cocktails
The cucumber margarita did not disappoint. The alcohol had a punch: strong, but yummy.
Verdict
Great food and cocktails with a modern vibe for a reasonable price. I can’t wait to go back.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would, waited 15 mins for a server after was seated. my food had no flavor the chicken on my enchilada was so bland. asked service for a refill waited 20 mins had to remind her she never brought it once the bill and togo boxes were brought. was not worth 70$ for a kids meal and two average meals i’ll never come back here asked for some tortillas to go she said well give me your check so i can add them like really after the terrible service i had one drink and had to ask for another one and finally got it to go want to charge me for 3 cold tortillas? don’t waste your time

We moved to Louisiana and have visited this place 3 times and it has been the best Mexican food restaurant in the area. I’m Mexican and I can describe the taste of the food as authentic. The red sauce with beans as a starter is delicious. Finally the micheladas are as they should be!!! The fajitas are well marinated and cooked and the Mexican rice is the best!! Our waiter is a killing machine, he had several tables and was always attentive, fast and friendly. The place is clean with nice music in Spanish. It’s definitely a gem in Demham Springs. From now it’s our favorite place so far
