Ordered 2 simple pizzas ahead of time to be delivered at 6 pm. At 6:30 I had to call and was told the driver was about to leave. I asked if I was still expected to pay full price and the tip plus the delivery fee that they already charged me and I was offered 30% off my next order. Why in the world would I order from them again when they proved the first time that they are unable to get 2 pizzas out the door on time?

Ordered online and order was not ready when I went to pick up, even though it showed ready for pick up online. Management needs improvement and the one employee working shouldn’t be marking the orders as ready when they’re obviously not. Customers are being misled and unaware of the additional 30-40 minute wait time even after being marked ready online. Oh and on top of that, you’re greeted by a rude employee.

Always cooked TO PERFECTION! I always order pizza, wings, and extra pepperoncinis. They always give me more peppers than I order, and the pizza is always made with love (I’m a cook, so I can tell ) They’re always friendly upon delivery, and never disappoint. I haven’t ordered pixa from any other place since I moved to Springdale. Very appreciative for their hard work and positive attitude!

Toppings were actually fixed a bit before this photo, just a mess. I know they were about to close but don’t do people like this when they spend 30 dollars for delivery on a medium pizza.

I was curious about the new Papa John’s Papadias, so I ordered two to check it out. My question to Papa John’s is, “Why did it take so long to develop this product?” I’ve been waiting weeks prior to tonight and wondering, “What took me do long?” It’s basically similar to eating a calzone but not as thick. It’s that **** good!!

Had an awesome experience tonight at Papa John’s! I placed an order over the phone and they mixed it up. However, I went in to the store and spoke to Ricky who had a great attitude and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Explained the situation and he was able to make the proper corrections to my order. Not to mention food was on point and place was clean! Added to my favorites! Thank you Ricky.
