Rude employees acted like they couldn’t care less. Asked for extra crispy and wasn’t told till I got to the window they only had original, and instead of asking if we would like to wait for them to make extra crispy they already pre-packed our order with the original and was basically forcing it out the window. Also asked for sauces only to get 2 ranch for an 8 piece family meal. I drive all the way home to eat said chicken just to see it’s soggy. Extremely disappointed waste of $25. Chicken was dry and undercooked and they only halfway filled the max and cheese.

10/26 at 7pm me and my husband went thru the drive thru and ordered 8pc family with potatoes, green beans and 1 order of fries. We get all the way home to discover we never got our fries. Getting tired of paying for something and not getting it. Whoever is in charge of making sure an order is right before handing it out needs fired. Not the first time this has happened to me in Dawsonville. We were the only customers there so it’s not like they were busy. Will be another 6 months before we eat there again.

Bought 2 large containers of Cole slaw and both were only half full. Ridiculous!! Especially at over $5.00 each. Could fit both containers into 1. Also had to wait for french fries at noon. Not acceptable!!! I will Never go to this KFC again .

I went today with a group of special needs adults (10) . They were understaffed but, kind and fast. The staff gave them the time to order and pay without rushing them. The staff were so kind, the food was great and came out fast! Thank you Dawsonville KFC! We will be back!

Food is great as usual. Never been inside before. What was I thinking? See pictures. No straws or napkins. Almost every table was dirty. Floor is disgusting. I’ll stick to drive thru from now on.

Got my chicken raw, and smelling funny. Showed the rude stuff, said it was “the breading” didn’t offer refund or replacement, threw my food away and left. Extremely rude staff will never come back.

I would have liked to have given this location a higher rating… but I just can’t. Ordered a 12 piece meal (and a double down, yay!) today via drive thru.
When I got home one of the chicken breasts had a chunk taken out of it (at least that’s what it looks like). I didnt feel safe eating the rest and I certainly wasnt going to give it to my kids.
Its a terrible shame. PSA: always check your food before leaving the drive thru.

I had to wait forThe cashier had to get off of her boyfriend so I could place my order. After 20 minutes, still no food. The so-called manager was rude and used the “F” word several times in front of my 5 year old. Several people that were in the drive thru came in to wait for their food because they had been waiting for so long and still had not received their orders. (This kfc has also taken down the bad reviews they have received so no one sees them). I won’t be eating there, and I did not ever get my order either. This place is nasty, the trash was over flowing and tables were dirty.
