It was a weekday, at night and we waited an hour for a salad, fries and wings. The food was good! but the wait was extremely long. We ended up having to get it to-go so we didn’t miss our flight. We thought we were going to have well enough time to order and eat, but we did not!. The bartender was great. He ended up comping us the eight dollars for the fries because the wait was so long. The service & the food were great but the wait time was extremely long, when it was not that crowded, but it could have been that everybody put their order in at the same time.

I would avoid this restaurant if possible. I know there is no other choices but if I knew I’d have stopped for something before I got to the airport
They served me wine in a small plastic cup for $18.99 (said they ran out of wine glasses but everyone else had a proper one – didn’t bother to bring me one later).
We had the chicken tenders and the chicken sandwich. Well overdone. $77 for 2 meals.
Bring a sandwich. You’ll be so much further ahead.

The food took forever and does not taste as good as it looks. The servers seem overworked and annoyed to be there. Stood there for close to 40 minutes waiting to get my to-go food and then got the wrong food. From my observation it’s definitely a management issue. Where you at management??

All praise Tim! Was catching an early flight and all the water dispensers were filling my water bottle with warm water. I stopped into Cross Grain and offered to buy a cup of ice. Tim hooked me up with a smile. Fabulous customer service. Made me actually want to stop and eat there. Love how big this little place is. Lots of table for an open air feel indoors.

I had such a great experience at this restaurant after leaving Applebee’s with such an awful experience. Valerie and Savannah took such great care of me and laughed with me and made me feel so welcome while waiting on my flight delay. The overall experience really did turn a bad day into such a great one, especially sine I am a nervous flyer. Hands down over the greatest customer service I could have askes for. They really do love their patrons. Thank you guys so much❤️

Just eat before you go. Don’t waste your hard earned money. Staff acts like you’re bothering them. Order a burger, get up-charged without you knowing for bacon that is not on put the burger, making it a $22 sandwich. Then they cut it in half without asking and serve it with half cold fries. Thanks! And the sandwich they called a burger sucked to top it off, flavor, heat, burger patty, bun and toppings all no good.
Drinks are really expensive too, naturally.
