The waitress Vicky was very friendly and patient, and would ask whether coffee required milk and sugar. The food quality is excellent! If the boss sees this, please bring the duck wings back to the cold dish menu!

I ordered a cold dish combo and picked mouthwatering chicken as one of the items, but when I got home, I realized they gave me two bone-in chicken legs. One of them barely had any meat and took up a lot of space in the box. Altogether, there were only six pieces of chicken, including bones. I was really disappointed with this order and hope the portions can be more reasonable.

When I think of Home Eat, I think of green onions and well-seasoned food. Orders come out quickly (about 10 minutes for online orders).
My only complaint is that they don’t allow customizations, or they missed my request. For example, fewer green onions or no bean sprouts.
Overall, I’d recommend this spot to anyone who enjoy green onions. Not ideal for someone who would like to customize their orders.

Went to Home Eat at the Great Mall expecting a sit-down environment. Come to find out, it’s a counter at the mall food court. We know and like Home Eat in other cities, so we decided to stay and try it. There were many premade dishes to quickly buy, but there’s also a Home Eat Specials menu that they cook fresh at the time you order, like in the sit-down restaurants. It takes about ten minutes for the order to come out. We ordered the Cumin Lamb and Kung Pao Chicken with a side or rice from the Specials menu, and everything was fantastic. The guy behind the counter was really friendly and helpful. Nice dining experience we wouldn’t have expected.

The service is quick and easy, you can pay with cash or credit card. Just follow the instructions on the kiosk.
We ordered three dish but forgot to order some white rice. So when I try to make my second order just for rice, the lady just said she would give me two orders for free! What a nice surprise and service!
All three dishes are on the salty side of my liking, I will ask for less salt when I order the next time!

This store is like a Chinese authentic super version of panda. They have meal boxes but you can also order the Chinese way: shared plates. The price for shared plates are 30% lower than any Chinese restaurant out there, and the amount is astonishing. We spent $75 and get the food enough for 4 people to eat two meals. Highly recommend!

We got the mongolian beef and a-choy and both were delicious. Mongolian beef was a standout because it had a good balance of spicy, savory, and sweetness from the onions. Portions are huge, we couldn’t finish even though we tried.
