Ordered the new pan pizza and it came half naked. Like its too big for the amount of cheese and toppings they can use. To be fair I didn’t contact them about this but they seen what they sent to me. I dont have it in me to tell people to care about their customers.

I spoke with a manager yesterday about a pizza I had ordered I specifically said no olives no Italian sausage the first “manager” I spoke with was rude and he remade the pizza but hung up the phone once I got the remade pizza it just shows lack of listening skills the pizza that was remade STILL had olives and Italian sausage and tasted disgusting my mom threw it up. It wasn’t what we asked for at all and in attempt to reason with the first ignorant person you call a manager he doesn’t listen to our concern and ask us how we want our pizza made the second manager did not make sure it was made correctly . They sent us a bad pizza and it wasn’t how it normally is made we have been ordering from this location for a long time and it’s never been such poor customer service the fact a family member was sick off the second batch of pizza I should send the health department to the location cause that was totally unacceptable and the first manager wouldn’t give me his name and then hung up on me but apparently he makes the pizzas he was very unprofessional and rude and he needs to be fired!

Took 45 mins for a TAKE OUT order because they did not bother to actually check my order for accuracy so I waited 15 additional minutes for wings that were NOT the flavor I ordered because they didn’t have my order ready within the time frame I was promised, then waited another 15 mins to get the correct wings. I feel like they could’ve used that time while they were sitting around waiting on my WRONG wings, to maybe, idk, take a second to make sure they were making the right thing?! meanwhile the people there were EXTREMELY rude throughout the entire process. And actually yelled at me because I asked where my wings were when they had told me they’d be ready in 2 mins, and then apparently had the audacity to ask where they were 10 mins AFTER he said it’d be “2 minutes.” Heaven forbid I want to get home and eat after working all day. I would avoid going there if you want to have any kind of a pleasant experience because they’re horrible.

Ross, Ohio; Where’s the Asiago? On way back to hotel in another town one night, wife & I stopped here for a quick meal. She had a single cheeseburger and I tried the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club for the first time. It wasn’t terrible but there was zero cheese or anything remotely spicy on that item. I didn’t know if it was supposed to have a sprinkle of spices or whatever. It was only later that I read about the Asiago cheese that was missing. Not impressed!

Watched an employee with no gloves putting toppings on a pizza and then taking his hands and spreading the toppings evenly over the pizza. They had the music so loud they couldn’t hear me talking to them.
Updated: Seen on a different review that they had new management and it’s made a big difference.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star their customer service it’s terrible, besides I’m paying extra money for you make my pizza right and you aren’t doing it right… I went to complain because my money worthless as well like yours.. and then the staff was just there laughing instead of helped me and then funny thing they trying to remake the pizza after trying to be funny, better do nothing stupid service, DON’T GET PIZZAS FROM THIS LOCATION TRY ANOTHER ONE.

Sent my husband here to simply buy pepperoncinis & galic butter and they had the doors locked. The website says open until 11. If they close early there need to be a sign posted on the door. Instead of employees staring at people walk up and reach for the door while they just shake their heads. Smh #annoyed

My wife placed an online order. So I figured I wouldn’t have to wait when I got there. I’m not a impatient person. So I waited and waited and waited. Probably about 25 min for my a meatlovers pizza. Also I noticed my other 2 pizzas we ordered have been under the headlamp the whole time. Finally the manager at least i believe it was got me my meatlovers pizza. I did at least get extra garlic butter for my time. I got home and opened the box and my meatlovers pizza is a supreme pizza. First off we go here a lot. The policy states that you show us the pizza before hand or its free. You guys rarely show me the pizza. I’m not the one to complain just to get something free so I never mention it. Just kinda disappointed. I don’t like surpreme pizza. It will end up in the garbage.
