Ive been coming into Subway for years even when yall had TCBY. Ive never had someone to be so sweet and listen to me like Wendy did this afternoon. Even though the young girls were trying to work around her she still made eye contact and made me feel welcome! I opened Golden Corral yrs ago and was a manager. The little things mean the most some days! Thank you Wendy for putting a smile on my face!

I normally love subway, however I was disappointed this time. I ordered the nachos and when it came out, it was ridiculously small. I realize actual product doesn’t look exactly like the photos, but come on!! Photo below. Just took it out of the bag at home. Think twice before ordering!!

I was the only car in the drive-through and there was maybe one customer inside. I waited several minutes for anyone to take my order. I repeated my order twice (as requested) Another wait at the window to pay — waited so long I was wondering if there was a problem inside. Finally, a young girl came to window and said that’ll be 27.00 with the slow blink like, don’t even complain about the wait. OK, checked the food and it was loosely and poorly wrapped so I took them out and rewrapped them snuggly for the drive home. The worst part was the Philly steak and cheese protein bowl I ordered. It looked nothing like the photo. It was a pile of cold, shaved steak with 3 triangles of cheese and that was it! What a mess. These people need training in more areas than one. Hopefully this is a one-off but I won’t be going there again.

Only one car in the drive thru and 2 cars up front. The car in the drive thru was waiting so I went inside. Couldn’t get anyone to take my order. The guy in the drive thru couldn’t either. I left and won’t be back.

Great sub makers! All the stff were busy filling customer orders. Tables were clean. Husbands roast beef sub was very good, my club salad with vinaigrette dressing was delicious! Can’t go wrong here!

My issue isn’t just with this subway but all three subways in Mt. Airy, this just happens to be the most recent location I’ve been to with an issue. It seems as prices go up, order accuracy goes down. My fiancee and I call in subway or go through the drive-thru a few times a month. At least half the time we get home, something is incorrect. I’ve voiced my concerns to corporate months ago and seeing the the other comments, this is an on going issue that needs addressing. I don’t know what the systems are but they need improving. And seeing how every location has the same problems no matter how slow and clear you say your order, this seems to be an ownership, management, and process/system issue. The people working there are nice and pleasant to deal with and I understand if the tools they’re given are sub-par then it makes it difficult to do their job correctly. Sometimes I do go inside or check the bag after the drive-thru to make sure everything is correct but I also would like to not have to check behind everytime. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the subways in this town need improving. I’m almost at the point of refusing to go back after 15 years of going because the last 4-5 years I’ve noticed a sharp decline in accuracy and I’m tired of paying for food that isn’t correct.
