Chicken bacon ranch, isn’t it supposed to be warm? Both sandwiches are cold, bread not toased when I ordered online then after getting the food we got the wrong sandwich! Maybe mark what sandwiches are what next time.

Great customer service! People are nice. Food is always good. Recently, I had 2 separate encounters where they were great! First time, They forgot the same topping on 2 sandwiches. They were good but we paid extra for it They were pretty busy that night. They in return gave me a free footling at a later date and apologized profusely. Second time, I was late leaving the house and it was almost closing. I felt bad so I called and offered to give them our order so they didn’t get stuck there. They said they would just wait on me They stayed till after closing making my food, as I walked in about 3 minutes till closing. They weren’t unpleasant at all. I would’ve been unhappy with me!

Stopped in tonight for the 1st time in a long time. The drive thru had 4-5 cars, and there were 4-5 people in line in front of me. The three workers that were there, got it done, correctly, and nicely. Ty! My son said it was made perfect.

Employees were polite and helpful. Who ever owns the establishment though could really take a few minutes and level up the damn tables. The one we were at this time was easy worse than the booth we sat at last time. Not that hard. Heck just take some of your napkins and level it up that way. ♂️

12/2/23 — online orders go on the to go shelf thank you. waited in line 20minutes to ask for it while it was ready the entire time. Order was opposite of items that were selected being light onions or more lettuce etc. (Barely a sprinkle of lettuce but its soaked in chipotle sauce when that was selected as light sauce =] ). Do not order online!! Always mess at least one sandwich up but sometimes just likes to be funny and mess up every sub including adding stuff you didn’t want on your sandwich. Had them forget 6 cookies off my order once and was just told oh well didn’t even get a refund for them. You must go in here to get your order close to right or done well. It’s like they don’t have to make it well if you aren’t watching it be made they just don’t care. Better off just saying suprise me. Very disappointed and will never order here again.

Chris and Seth always help us when we go in and they are great. We seem to go in when they are really busy and the two of them are always there. They are very quick and make the sandwich perfect!! I dont know these guys but I hope they get a shout out for this review.
