I’ve given them 3 tries now and each time they have messed something up. First time was the wrong sauce, asked for honey BBQ on the chicken with blue cheese on the side, they put some really spicy sauce with ranch. It was so gross. Second time got mac n cheese as the sides and got fries instead, but only 1 and was supposed to have 2. Now today we got 2 meals, one with Slim sauce and the other with honey BBQ and they gave ranch. It’s little things, but it’s not worth the 30 minute drive there anymore.

Worst Slim Chicken in Arkansas. Girl that took my order was rude. Told me my total was $29 over the speaker, got to the window and said $27 so I took $2 back, hands her $27 and 2 minutes later yells at me “I SAID $29!” Also the wings I waited 15 minutes for weren’t even done, hardly any sauce and were slimy. Only thing was decent was the fries. This place needs new management desperately.

Waited in the drive thru line from 7:01 until 7:30pm. Line was out in the road. When I got to the speaker, I had to say “Hello?” to get someone, who said “oh, drive-thru is temporarily closed”. Like, have the decency to come outside or put up a note

It used to be that the chicken at Slim Chicken seemed to be old, like the chicken you might purchase on the clearance section of the grocery story. BUT….I try not to allow one visit to totally rule out a place. Here’s what happened this time: 1. The temperature outside was 64 and inside ALL the fans were going as fast as they could. When I asked the staff to do something about it “Bill” said that “No, nothing could be done.” 2. The chicken was supposed to be tossed in a sauce of our choosing, but it was not tossed at all….the sauce was drizzled on it…and did not cover a lot of it as shown in my pics. *note the sauce is DARK bbq* We did find that the sauce was hiding under the french fries. Not good. Other Slim chicken restaurants don’t do it this way. 3. My wife was missing one of her wings out of the 8 she was to receive. WHY? well, they did correct it by giving her one dry untossed wing as shown below. I don’t expect a lot from fast food restaurants. I don’t. But I feel that feedback is important JUST IN CASE somebody wants to improve and get better. I’ll try again in about 7 months.

We have to wait almost 30 minutes for Mac and cheese with 2 chicken tenders combo on a plate. That should take that long. They forgot about my order and then they asked me if we were waiting in something. To it can concern your crew isn’t efficient enough and didn’t put any effort to get the order prior others. Because of customer service of that kind you will fun out of business in none time.

Ran across this place in my worldly travels and decided to give it a whirl. You walk in the door and the counter is not far ahead. I was greeted immediately and asked about a recommendation of which I took them up on. The prices are reasonable and the food was piping hot! I ordered the chicken club sandwich and fries with a Barq’s Root beer. This sandwich was great, fresh leafy green lettuce, tomatoe and mayo with cheese, crispy chicken, this won’t disappoint. A neat atmosphere with blues music playing in the background, awesome twist on fast food. If your in the area stop by and give this place a try, 2 thumbs up!

First I would say the store was not prepared to handle your BOGO chicken and waffles order. Wait time was 40+minutes past quoted pick up time. The staff were more enjoined in their own conversations rather than pushing the orders out more efficiently. And I will say that is the fault of management, in particular Chris. Upon arriving home to enjoy our dinners the lemonade was found to be RANCID. When I called the store I was greeted by Chris with “what’s up?” He then proceeded to tell me they just made fresh lemonade and that there’s no way my drink was spoiled. Following my objections he suggested (in the most condescending manner possible) that I bring the drink back; I declined. He then proceeds to tell me he can’t refund the order without me coming back to the store (which I know to be untrue) and then told me he can’t refund online orders at all; that I must call catering in the morning. I then requested the name of the general manager for the store and instead of giving me the info, Chris proceeded told me tell me “she would be in tomorrow morning and I can just call…” I interrupted and stated I did not ask for when but who. Chris then hung up the phone. I gave it a minute just in case it was some kind of glitch, he did not call.back. I called the store and asked for Chris by name and was placed on hold. Chris never came to the phone. Bad employee behavior starts at the top and considering Chris’ behavior, I see why the line staff seemed more preoccupied with each other than with the voluminous orders coming in.
This is the second negative interaction I’ve had with this particular location. I let the last one slide because I was headed out of town. But today definitely reminded me why I stopped visiting this location in general.
I don’t believe any remediation will take place. Let’s pray I don’t get sick.

I love Slim Chickens but first time at this location and tenders were dry and tough, total opposite of normal Slim Chickens. Went through drive through and was not given ketchup for fries or napkins. Will never go back to this location

Terrible experience. The drive thru worker did not have her headset on. We had to sit at the speaker and drive around; she did not have a name tag on. Was rude and nonchalant. The workers were all playing around. I asked for a receipt and the worker claimed that the machine was not printing out receipts. When I got home to sip my fruit punch, it was water with color; the flavor had gone out in the fruit punch. My fries were old and cold, my tenders were old, cold and dry. I called multiple times to speak with the manager and no one answered. Terribleeeee. 0/10.

I wish I could give zero stars! I placed my order on the app and it said it would be ready by 8:14. We waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes to get our food. As soon as we opened the box it smelled burnt. The fries and chicken tased so bad we didn’t even eat them. It tasted like they were cooked in burnt grease. It was awful! We will NOT be back.
