Had a long evening and needed food. Thankfully my daughter’s food wasn’t as terrible. My fries went straight into the garbage… they definitely had been sitting out for a long while. They were barely warm and stale. My burger was so sloppy, drowning in mayo and ketchup. I haven’t been to this location in a while and it was a pretty gross experience.

Went through the drive-thru at night and they said their system was down and they’re only placing online orders. I place an online order and they proceeded to take an hour to make my food. Cars started lining up and the workers kept making the same excuse when I asked where my food was. Absolutely unacceptable! Terrible service and lazy workers. It’s a rough job to work the night shift but at least do it or quit!

I’m not sure why the worker decided to walk away and leave my hand hanging after she made eye contact. I ordered 4 tacos and a shake. Anyways, she asked me to pull forward. No one behind me and I waited 15 minutes? Very confused about th wait with no one inside and it’s just tacos really plus they were cold.

7:33 am may 4 2023 Very very expensive. This locations doesn’t offer online ordering. They will gladly make you wait at the register as the work without taking and or making your order. But it’s jack in the box so I guess this is what we ask for when we walk indise. They said they don’t take the app coupons because they don’t have internet. I’m smart enough to know that the systems run off internet more than likely. Too, I’ve used there wifi. This location hiked up the price and refuse to lose a penny to any coupon other than paper.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!
Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with a Jack in the Box. Not only did they charge me for a double patty melt and only give me a single, but the “Alaskan Cod sandwich that they gave me was so old it when I took a bite it was like biting into plastic food and I nearly choked on it! Needless to say I spit it out immediately. How in the world did food in that type of condition even make it into my bag? I understand this is fast food, but as you can see from the pictures it is so dried out and discolored. Why would you give this to someone to consume? I will be calling corporate and sharing these pictures. 1 star was only given because I had to in order to leave a review. I cannot express how disgusted I am at the worker who handed out this food. When we returned “Holly” refused to refund our money and stated it was made fresh. She also refused to take back the food and told us to come back at 7am and a manager could help us. She was very confrontational and never once offered empathy in fact she blamed us for the condition of the food as if we some how made it appear the way it was.

I asked for no cheese plus the sausage was dry and hard so I couldn’t just pull the cheese off because who wants to eat hard beyond crispy sausage. I tried to call but just got the busy tone for 45 minutes trying.

I went in Friday afternoon for a meal, I was helped by a girl in the drive thru I believe her name was Susy. She was very kind and had great customer service. She went over new items on Menu and helped me made a good choice after I was undecided on what to order . will definitely come back to this location thanks to her !

Staff were nice, food we were dissatisfied. Ordered tacos (6) and jalapeño poppers , tacos tasted like they were sitting for some time, stale, with just meat and lettuce. If you don’t have all the appropriate ingredients I wouldn’t waste other people’s money by selling no fresh tacos expecting ALL that comes on it. The poppers were decent but disappointed the tacos were supposed to be the main course and killed the appetite. Didn’t finish them and trash them instead.
