This is the epitome of the local beer pub! The atmosphere is almost always great, and the locals that sit at the bar are fun to chat with. If you get them warmed up, you will be laughing over a cold beer in no time. The burgers are some of the best in Roanoke, and all of the home cooked food specials will hit the spot. Prices are hard to beat. Don’t pass the spot by when you come into Vinton!

Had to grab a bite to eat and then get down the road. It was a ok place for that. But not for socializing with a group of friends unless you’re just drinking. The bathroom are not big at all and if you have to do a number 2 you better have a friend standing outside to give you some privacy.

We are visiting Roanoke and decided to eat here. The food was delicious and the staff was so friendly and welcoming to us. The gentleman that took our order made time to show my grandson some pictures on his phone about a train he had saw. We will come back whenever we are back in Roanoke. To be clear this is more of a bar. It has good food food the price.
It has a bar atmosphere with regulars, but overall a friendly environment. Was met with a smile and the burger was good. Fries were good and very fresh. I went on a Tuesday and it was not busy.
I recommend it for a relaxing place to have a beer with friends and some decent food at a low price.

Great chili cheese dogs . Marcel and Rachel were friendly, fun , and professional. Fries stayed hot for almost 30 minutes. Prices were beyond reasonable. A little concerned when we drove up but oh so worth it. Next time I’ll try a cheese burger. 4 stars for the food and personal.
