My wife and two friends had lunch today and later this evening she realized she couldn’t find her debit card. She was to leave in the morning to go to Asheville and really needed it. The last place she used it was McAlister’s Deli. I went to the store right at closing time and told Ricky about the missing card. He promptly stopped what he was doing, walked behind the counter and retrieved the “lost” card. Thank you Ricky for saving the day AND the trip!!

McAllister‘s Deli always has amazing food! The staff at this location were very friendly & the service was good. Not a big fan of the chili, we found out it didn’t have any beans. We’re taking it home for our hotdogs, lol. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you!

Very disappointed with the side of fruit that I ordered. See below for what was advertised versus what I received. It’s a half full cup of melon with 3 pieces of pineapple. I guess they got me by saying that they use seasonal fruit. Except that melons are spring and summer fruits and that’s all I got when ordering in winter. It’s annoying to be tricked and scammed by a restaurant when you’re just trying to get a nice lunch.

We had the biggest salads! Super fresh and delicious. Our companions had a variety of sandwiches and everyone was very pleased and satisfied. The restaurant was full, I mean really full with the after church crowd. With that in mind the service was still excellent.

This mcalisters is my least favorite in the Augusta area . The food is always off . I will say the employees always happily fix the issue and are very kind so no complaints about them being professional , but I’ve come 3 times and 3 times my chicken Cesar wrap had to be remade because the tortilla wrap was hard as a rock . When remade it’s perfect , so not sure what’s happening ? Also the Mac and cheese at the other locations is always so tasty and here , it should just be taken off the menu . This is mush .
