I decided to download Domino’s app on a whim due to the freezing cold & someone else’s request, so I used a carry out coupon on the app that said “This week only, Large 2-topping pizzas $6.99 each carryout 1/26-2/1” so I picked New York style crust & it came looking like thin crust & I got 2 additional toppings & we couldn’t even taste or barely see the toppings ♀️ & the bone-in wings was so small in size that I could take one bite & it was finished… it’s like where’s the meat? Needless to say I WILL NOT be ordering from Dominos again! It wasn’t worth my $35. Next time I’ll go to Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, or Papa John’s because they’re all within walking distance & I knew of Domino’s from my home state of it having a Dominos Farm & I didn’t like them & this just confirms it more! It’s just NOT quality looking or tasting

Placed a small order for delivery and it was canceled because the “driver couldn’t drive in my area.” Which is understandable but everyone knew it was gonna be a winter storm so why not be prepared?! This is the best time to earn extra money but of course people/mangers aren’t bright! I will continue to not like domino’s moving forward!!

Missing drink, and I spoke to the manager, and he told me specifically that he made my pizza. So, I just demanded that he be more courteous and to understand leaving some slices without toppings or even one small piece of chicken is ridiculous for satisfying the customers’ expectations. Then, not only was he raising his voice, but he also started to cut me off and called me numerous times his “bro” and I told him not to call me that. This is a professional work area where he is getting paid to be calling the customers his bro. He also quote on quote said ” I’m not scared of you” when I never even responded to him with a threat or anything near of that nature. Please take care of this problem because this is definitely the most utterly unprofessional experience, I’ve ever had dealt with at a food place. I will no longer order from this store location since this awful experience.

Ordered two pizza’s for delivery, waited 50 minutes which is fine but when the order said delivered the food wasn’t outside. I checked the app and noticed it was delivered to another house. I called the store, and spoke to Johnathan who argued with me that the driver said he delivered it to the correct address. He said he would remake it, but instead sent the driver back to grab the pizza from the incorrect address (which I visually witnessed in real time) and walk up to my house to deliver cold pizza rather than remaking my order like he said he would… completely unprofessional and unacceptable
So in conclusion, I had to wait over an hour to receive cold food, argue with an employee for 10 minutes, and watch the delivery driver grab the food from the wrong door and lie to my face and said he delivered here when I vividly saw him lol

Ordered a pizza and noted that it was missing one ingredient but could only contact the store few hours after. I spoke with Junior (assume the store manager) and explained the mishap and requested a replacement. I was asked to bring back the pizza I got and I clearly told him that I had only 2 pieces left as I had to give some to my son and eat some myself as I was in online training. When I went to pick up the replacement, Junior looked at the box I took back and said that I had eaten most of it. I said I did tell that over the phone and he made it look like I lied. I was getting frustrated as I spent 10 minutes to get to the store at 97 degree temperature outside for a “mistake” the Dominos made and having to put up with this nonsense. I asked if he expects me to regurgitate what was eaten already and I told him that this has happened a couple of times before and usually the manager gets a new pizza made and even offer the pizza they made with one less ingredient. Junior said yes he would’ve done that but went on to say I had eaten more than half the pizza. I really got irritated with this so called customer service I received and requested that I speak with a regional manager. If he was to hand back the pizza they made a mistake on, in addition to the replacement, I don’t see his logic in his behavior. I said I will definitely make a complaint about this and asked as I getting the corrected order. I was handed the order and he told me “don’t come back” as he “owns” the store when the mistake is clearly on them. I will rather get my pizzas elsewhere as I didn’t need to experience what I did from someone who has “no clue” about CS.

This place cancelled my order because they couldn’t find my address. I called back got charged again. Then afterwards after the delivery which was pretty quick, I took a bite of the pizza and there was hair in it. I called the store to let them know and the assistant manager told me that I was only complaining because my order was cancelled earlier. He was going back and fourth with me on the phone and had a terrible attitude
