Received a Jr whopper instead of a whopper. Jr’s are horrible. People were nice, order was wrong. I said this is a whopper right, she said yep. Get home…jr whopper, bummer. But otherwise they are usually ok. It happens, i had to go get a whopper and fries.The next day. It was good.

I asked for a cherry icee. They gave me a red drink with ice! That was the ONE thing I was craving!. So pissed! Also, no ranch that I asked for and my burger was so poorly put together, I had to wipe off the sauce and rearrange the whole thing. Very disappointed! What the hell?!! What are you in such a hurry for? I mean there was one car in front of me and one pulling in behind be, after I was at the pay window. Such a disappointment!

I don’t know who would think this is acceptable to serve to customers…but apparently the crew at the Burger King on 5/4/22 at 9pm did. Absolutely disgusting. And naturally they won’t refund me and I live a decent drive away. The buns are burnt and falling apart. They’re stale as well. I mean, it looks like someone was ripping it apart before they wrapped it up. Will not be going back and I highly advise everyone else to avoid this establishment as well. This isn’t the first time the quality has been poor.

Terrible service. I pulled up to the speaker at 9:40pm and was instantly asked to “hold on one moment.” I proceeded to wait while the 2 cars in front of me got their food and proceeded to be helped. I waited 12 minutes at the speaker waiting while 1 car got their ordered and the other was waiting. 3 cars pulled away behind me before I left. Won’t be back.

So disrespectful to make delivery shit off car come in and no cars in drive thru. Then wait five minutes to hand already prepared food. In the winter the car goes through so much damage and for you to have no respect on letting delivery be handled through the window. Im doing your store a favor. I stand here after being told they can’t hand food already done to come in . Watching your costumer be a joke to you.
